We charge cancellation fee of $100 if an appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the start time. If your pet passes away before your appointment you would not be charged a cancellation fee. If the vet you scheduled is able, and you would like their assistance with cremation, then pickup fee would apply instead of euthanasia fee

Dr. Jackson was professional and compassionate during this difficult time. Jasper was not just my rescue dog, but a part of my family for nearly 18 years. Dr. Jackson explained the pet euthanasia process and allowed me to be near Jasper and a part of this peaceful process in our own home. He is no longer in pain and resting in heavenly peace.
Dr. Dennis was fantastic from the time we made the appointment to the final moments of her taking our pet to the mortuary. She contacted us the day before to let us know she was available to change the appointment time if we needed her earlier than we set up. She also kept in touch with us the day of. When she got to our house she interacted with both of our dogs along with telling us what to expect and to ask any questions at any time. She was so professional and caring to us and our pets. She was so kind to Madison at the end. She is a blessing for helping us during this sad time for us. I would recommend her for anyone that would be in need of a in home passing of their pet.
We recently had to end the life of our beloved German Shepherd that was with us for almost 13 years. As sad and heartbreaking as the days surrounding this were for us, Dr. Jackson eased so much of the sadness, anxiety, and uncertainty we had. She was very professional, patient, and understanding. Dr. Jackson was very caring. She checked Badem to be sure this was the best for him. She was able to get him to rest quickly. We could tell she truly cares for animals even just meeting for the first time.
