Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
April did an extraordinary job of supporting us through this difficult process. She answered all of our questions, gave us all the time we needed and explained everything she was doing. We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Dr Jason Doolittle made sure the experience was peaceful and went at a pace we were comfortable with. He explained in detail everything that would happen and was very gentle with Fiona. We avoided this moment as long as we could, and it was really important to us that she died in the comfort of her own home rather than the stressful environment of a vet's office. All worries about "was this too much money" disappeared as soon as Dr. Durr showed up. He's calm and friendly, and our dog was very comfortable around him (she's usually shy). He did not rush us at all and explained everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. He even stepped outside after our dog passed for a while to give us some extra time to say goodbye, which we were very grateful for. Anyone considering at-home euthanasia, we know this is expensive, but if you can do it, it really is the best for your pet and if you can get Dr. Joey Durr, definitely choose him. Also a side note but a super important one: not all vets give the animal a sedative shot before the fatal shot, and that sedative shot is important because without it, your pet's body will often go through a sort of seizure as the fatal shot takes effect, which we've experienced in the past and it was awful to watch. Dr. Durr is one of the vets who believes in giving your pet a sedative shot before the final shot, which was really important to us. This sedative shot essentially puts your pet into a deep sleep, and then the fatal shot stops their heart quietly, with no reaction from the pet; they simply die in their sleep. It's peaceful. We are so grateful to Dr. Durr and the vet he's chosen to be.
The team at CodaPet made all the difference in the world. The process was smooth and they were readily available to answer any questions. Dr. Katie Simpson was so considerate, gentle, and kind. She and her team made what was a very hard day a little bit better.
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.

Dr Brittany was very compassionate and helpful through the whole process. Dr Brittany explained all that the proceedings would involve from the medications used to how they would be administered. She encouraged us to focus on our Teddy with his treats and just being with him talking to him and petting him. It was a terribly hard decision for us but Dr Brittany helped us realize it was a necessary one for Teddy’s sake. It was so comforting to have Teddy in his own home surrounded by those who loved him. Dr. Lori was wonderful. She took the time to look over my little girl, to make sure I was making the right choice. The procedure went smoothly, it allowed me to have some personal time with my girl. She wasn't in a hurry, she took her time and was most gentle during a very emotional time.I would highly recommend going with an at home experience. I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Kit was the ideal person to come to our home & attend to our little Macy. He was so gentle and unobtrusive, caring for Macy and for her loving family. We loved what he did for us and how he did it.
Dr. Christina took great care helping my little man, Eli, transition from this world to the next. This is the second time I have asked Dr. Christina to euthanize one of my pet's in my home. It is the hardest decision a pet owner has to make, but she is so gentle and patient it helps relieve some of the angst that comes with the decision. I highly recommend her and will choose her in the future when that difficult time comes.
Dr. Sarah is the sweetest, kindest person. Her compassion she has for animals carries over with the level of care she provides. We just recently had to put our 13.5 yr old cocker spaniel down. She came to our house, walked us through everything and gave us the time we needed to say our final goodbye. This is never the easy part of owning a pet but being able to have a vet come to your house where your pet is most comfortable- words just can’t explain.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
This was the best euthanasia I’ve ever had to do. I never felt rushed and I felt the vet gave Khloe the respect and dignity she deserved on her way out. I never want to put a pet down again but if I choose to get another one and have to then I will definitely hire her again to come. It was worth every cent I spent. Melissa was compassionate and has a very calming presence to her. She made khloe’s last few minutes very calm and happy.
Dr. Ayle was so very kind and sweet to our 13 year old yellow lab Finnegan. She treated him and me with respect and kindness. While it was so very hard to make the decision that it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge, Dr. Ayle, was very supportive and made sure we were informed of the procedure. I would certainly recommend her services, when needed, to help ease the pain of the loss of the family friend.
Dr. Krueger was so compassionate during this most difficult time. She explained the process and eased our minds that we were doing the right thing for our precious Will. I highly recommend Dr.Krueger. Trust me she was amazing!!
During one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives, Dr. Fieg was an incredible source of comfort. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog was incredibly difficult, but she went above and beyond to make sure our dog's final moments were peaceful, gentle, and filled with dignity. She did her absolute best to comfort us throughout the entire process. We are deeply grateful for her compassionate, professional care and highly recommend her services.
I really can't say enough about how comforting Dr. Ross was on a really hard day. She walked me through all the steps of the process and exactly what was going to happen in detail. I never once felt rushed, she asked lovely questions about my cat Pinto and our life together. She came prepared with a basket and blankets to wrap him in. She even talked me through next steps for what would be happening to his body after she took him away. Even though saying goodbye is incredibly rough Dr. Ross made it as gentle and comforting as possible. Many thank you to her and the whole team.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!

Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.
I NEVER leave reviews - I had to google how to even do it, but Dr April deserves every star. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. This is never an easy thing for a family to do, say goodbye to our Honeybear, but I knew it was time and I chose Dr April based on availability and reviews I saw quickly. She was the most compassionate, heartwarming and wonderful person to help us and our cat feel as comfortable as we could be. She explained the process extremely well, allowed all 5 of us (and 2 other cats) to gather around, she was extremely gentle and kind during this hard time for us all. If you are wondering if you should give your pet this end if you are able, do it, Dr. April will be the person I will trust our pets with when it's time to cross the bridge. We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
Dr Ross was so gentle and sensitive with me and my beloved cat. She did everything in her power to ease my anguish and smoothed the way for me to wake her at home overnight, before bringing her to the crematorium. Dr Ross stands in your shoes and is really empathetic and caring

When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.

Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Dr. Mumm was wonderful, she was kind and patient, and helped remind of some beautiful and fun stories about my sweet boy that I had to say goodbye to. It was calm, and peaceful and filled with love, I would recommend her to anyone who needs to say goodbye to their pets.

Instead of rushing through the appointment, he got down on the floor with him, met him where he was most comfortable, and made sure he felt safe and loved. It was obvious that he cared deeply, not just about his patient, but about our family as well. Dr. Litwack carefully explained every step of the process before and as it happened, so there were no surprises. His calm presence, kindness, and compassion gave us space to say the peaceful goodbye our family needed. Having the procedure done at home allowed Stewie to spend his final moments in the place he loved most, surrounded by the people who loved him. In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.

Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.

I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
Although my dog's passing was a day of deep grief, CodaPet and Dr Karen will always be thought of with such gratitude and tenderness. She treated us and him with such dignity and care which are memories that will stay with me forever. Thank you Dr. Karen for being so gentle to us and to him. Thank you for helping me with his foot prints and letting me hold him one last time and never acting like we were taking too long to say goodbye. It was such a good last day. Because of you and CodaPet, his last moments were where he felt safe and loved (and fed delicious snacks, his favorite). He wasn't scared and hurting, and for that gift I cannot even assign value. So when my mind replays him passing, I hold on to a measure of peace because of what you did for us. Seriously, what a gift you gave us. Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.

Losing a pet is extremely hard but Dr. Pruett helped my family get through it. She is a compassionate professional that treated my dogs last minutes of life with the dignity he deserved. We elected to keep my dog's ashes and let me tell you what we received back was first class all the way. From the paw print to the case his remains are kept was perfect. I have been through this process before and there is no comparison on the service and quality that Dr. Alex Pruett delivers. She is an angel and thank goodness she is around when the time comes to part ways with your loved one.
There are no words to fully express our gratitude for the compassion and kindness shown on one of the hardest days of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved 12-year-old Shiba Inu, our best friend and cherished family member, was heartbreaking. Dr. Perzak came into our home with such warmth and gentleness, allowing our dog, Jerry, to pass peacefully surrounded by me, my husband, and our son. Her care, patience, and dignity brought us comfort in an unimaginable moment. We will always be grateful that his final moments were filled with love and kindness. Thank you for helping us say goodbye with such grace and for treating our sweet boy with the respect and tenderness he deserved.
Dr. Mitchell was wonderful. She was very caring with our pet and our family durning a difficult time. I would highly recommend Dr. Mitchell.
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. We will cherish the memory of him forever ❤️
