March 12, 2026 we knew it was our dog The Rudy's last day. We were fortunate to fine Codapet and people had posted about Dr. Rebecca Walton. She came to our home with her assistant Morgan. Dr. Walton helped to make the painful decision bearable with kindness and compassion. Sensitivity was the key for all of us. We were able to say goodbye to our Rudy at home. We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.
This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Dr. Lisa Fieg was the best possible person to help our family through our loss. She was so kind, gentle and thoughtful we felt at ease with everything. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Thank you so much Dr.Todd in doing what has to be one of the world’s toughest jobs!

She was wonderful and sympathetic. Our Holly passed peacefully, Dr. Thomason gave us private time to grieve and was sensitive to our desire to expedite the process of cremation and returning Holly to us.
We struggled with the decision to end our beloved Layla's life (of 17 years). Aside from kidney disease she "appeared" in good health though she had been suffering from dementia; she had forgotten how to play, was confused, and had been having many toileting accidents. It was tremendously helpful when we first spoke with Dr. Crozier on the phone. She addressed our worries around the decision explained her process of euthanasia. This gave us clarity and confidence that this was the right time. On the appointed day Dr. Crozier was incredibly supportive. While we were terribly sad to say goodbye to "our girl" the process was very respectful and peaceful. Dr. Crozier was a godsend at this difficult time in our lives.

Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. Dr. Gibson was so sweet and compassionate. It is obvious she was born to do exactly this. Her respect for my baby was so comforting. I won't ever go a different route again.
Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Dr. Goldberg was wonderful. She provided sincere compassion and care, and helped make Kody’s final moments peaceful. As difficult as it was to say goodbye, she made things easier.
Dr. Torres made this tragic moment for our family a much easier transition than we ever expected. She was so gentle with Nelli. When she arrived she explained what to expect. She encouraged us to live on Nelli and talk to her during the procedure. She made paw prints and nose prints for us and a key chain with Nelli’s hair. She was very kind to our entire family. We would recommend her to anyone that found themselves needing to make the hard decision of a humane euthanasia for their pet.
Dr. Allison made the best out of a terrible moment in our lives. I will never forget how kind and gentle and thoughtful she was. I am so appreciative of all she did for us and our girl. Dr. Sara was absolutely the kindest person, we were so torn on what to do with the poor older dog and we knew he was in such pain. Caring Pathways and Dr. Sara were exactly what we needed in this tough decision and heartbreaking reality.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

Dr. Kristina was truly incredible during one of the most difficult moments for our family. She showed such genuine compassion and professionalism, giving us the space we needed while also gently guiding us through the process. She made sure we never felt rushed and allowed us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. This experience is never easy, but her kindness, reassurance, and understanding brought us a sense of comfort in an otherwise heartbreaking situation. Dr. Emily Yavaraski was very kind and I am very grateful that she was there and helped my favorite guy to the other side and not in pain anymore. I highly recommend her as a great person to help anyone through ne of the hardest decisions they have to face.

I was worried about the state of my house with smells, due to having an elderly animal who was unable to go outside to potty. I was so worried about it, I considered carrying him outside for the euthanasia, which was not where I wanted it. She was so kind, reassuring and made me feel comfortable to let her in. She walked us through the entire process, making sure we were ready and allowing us to keep Puppy right where we wanted him to be. It was an extremely hard time but Dr. Rizzo was absolutely amazing through it all. I'm so thankful this opportunity exists and have already recommended her to friends. I want to express how truly wonderful Dr. Nathalie made our experience during a tough time. My husband and I were recommended by a friend to reach out regarding our 17 yr old dog whom unfortunately reached his final chapter. The staff who contacted us after leaving a voicemail nothing but kind and amazing, but Dr. Nathalie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it as comfortable for us as possible. She came into our home with so much love and patience. She spent over an hour explaining EVERYTHING of what we would experience with losing our Jax. She showed true compassion and care for not only him but for us. She texted us moments after leaving to let me know he arrived safe to be cremated. She continued to check in on us through the following days and even reached out to make sure his urn arrived home safe. She also provided a beautiful keepsake of his paw. I cant express enough how wonderful she truly is. She CARES and it’s very clear. I am beyond thankful and grateful for having her through this. THANK YOU DR. Nathalie for all you do.
Our beloved furry baby crossed the rainbow bridge after 17 beautiful years with us. Knowing how difficult this moment would be, we chose at-home euthanasia with Dr. Cassandra Lewis—and it was the most compassionate decision we could have made. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and respectful, guiding us through every step with care and empathy. Despite the heartbreak, she created a peaceful and comforting environment that meant so much to our family. From the bottom of my heart, if you ever have to make this difficult decision for your pet, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to her. Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Keri was such a kind person and made this horrible day for our family as easy on us and our beloved Loki as possible. Our dog Loki was comfortable with her from the moment she arrived. She showed real care and concern for us all and showed Loki so much love. She was gentle and not rushed, guided us step by step through the process and did not make the situation uncomfortable or strained by having an outsider there. We really appreciated the gentle and kind way she approached us all, especially Loki, she made a terribly sad day less bad for our family. Highly recommend Keri.

This is the second time our family has used this service and the first with Dr. Earls. She was incredible in such a traumatic time. My sweet dog started failing fast and we scheduled it same day as we made the final decision. I cried the entire time and not once did Dr. Earls make me feel stupid or small. She listened to me, showed me such empathy, and talked me through every step. She also waited for my permission before each time she moved on so I was ready. I would like to start by saying I wish all could afford to do this for their beloved pet when the time comes. For us, our Madison was very high on the FAS scale her whole life. Vet visits were always very traumatic for her. When her time came, it was an immense relief that someone like Dr Murray could be there for her, and us. To have her pass surrounded by her loving family, in her favorite sunny spot, on her favorite bed, was a god send. From beginning to end, Dr Murray and CodaPet have been nothing but amazing. We have her ashes now and are focusing on the great memories. This process with his compassion, made the last sad memory much more bearable. Thank you Dr Murray, you have a great heart.
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!

Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
Dr Anna Peterson took care of the end of life needs for my buddy/family member, Mallory. He gave me a good life and I and my daughter gave him one right back. Won’t lie I was a blithering sobbing mess but Dr Anna handled it with respect and compassion for both Mallory and I. As much as any end of life isn’t by anyways an enjoyable experience, Dr Anna and the rest of the crew phone staff, cremation staff took care of all the needs. Thank you Dennis
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.
Dr. Jem Scott-Emuakpor is a true credit to her profession. We all dread this decision and question ourselves every step of the process and there is no one better to guide you than Dr. Jem Scott-Emuakpor. We had set up the appointment and I panicked, Dr. Jem called me and not only answered all my questions and concerns but did so with so much care and understanding. When the day came she showed so much care and concern for not only Caroline, my husband and myself but also our other 2 dogs and how they could be feeling. While I will be forever heartbroken and miss my sweet Caroline, I am at peace because of Dr. Jem Scott-Emuakpor.
Dr. April was an amazing support during this time. I feel so fortunate that she was able to be with us as she had such empathy for what I was feeling and was comforting and reassuring that this was the best decision. She let us take the time we needed. It was awful saying goodbye but she is a very kind soul.

Dr. Causey showed genuine caring for our dog Luna. Dr. Causey examined her and agreed it was time for her to pass. That eased our anxiety over the timing of this event. Dr. Causey was very gentle and loving to Luna during the whole process. Even after Luna had passed Dr. Causey adjusted her position so Luna looked more comfortable for the trip back to Dr. Causey’s office for cremation. Dr. Causey informed us what to expect at all times during the event. It is truly a gift to be able to hold our beloved pet and her feel our love as she passed.
I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.

Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr. Houck was absolutely wonderful during such a heartbreaking time. She answered all of my questions the day before we had to euthanize our sweet Wally. She helped calm my nerves when I second guessed whether I was making the right decision. Dr. Houck was extremely professional and such a calm and reassuring presence throughout the entire process. We can never thank her enough for helping our Wally boy cross the Rainbow Bridge surrounded by my husband, son, and I in our own yard so he could enjoy the fresh air at home in his final moments.

We found at home euthanasia was the right decision for our family - it was much more intimate than we've had in clinical office setting in the past. Dr. Silvesti graciously squeezed us in last minute that day. We were able to hold our fur baby and take our time. Dr. Silvesti took the time to listen to how our sweet baby came into our lives and wrote us the most beautiful hand written sympathy card a few weeks after. Saying goodbye to a pet, a part of your family, is the hardest, most difficult part of being a pet parent. Dr. Lauren Silvesti made this incredibly difficult experience better just by her kindness, patience, and empathetic nature throughout the whole process. We strongly recommend exploring this option when the time comes to say goodbye to your beloved pet.
We were all devastated when it came time to put our beloved Nani to rest. I'm very glad that we were able to find Dr. Lowman to perform the procedure at our house. Dr. Lowman was very sensitive and empathetic to our feelings. She had a gentle yet professional way about her. She showed competency... someone who's done this many times before but also recognizing that it's different every time. Our Nani went to the rainbow bridge peacefully.
She was very compassionate and very gentle handling not only Penny, but us as well. We had plenty of time to say goodbye, and we felt very comfortable having her take care of Penny's last moments.
Wow! Tank has been my ride-or-die, my BFF and my baby boy for 15 years. I knew his time was coming soon but you're never truly ready. I wanted to let him pass peacefully at home & I found Dr. Lisa. The scheduling was super simple, pricing was up front. While I had the option to buy keepsakes I didn't feel like I was being pressured or marketed to. Dr. Lisa kept the conversation via text simple and direct. She answered all my questions ahead of time. We have 3 dogs in addition to Tank and they can be a little crazy when company arrives. She handled them with grace and they settled down with her so quickly. She showed Tank love and attention. She gave him big dose of a pain med subcutaneously. He ate steak while she did it so he didn't feel anything. Then he fell asleep (just sleeping... not gone yet). I haven't seen in sleep that comfortably in, I dont even know how long. I hadn't realized how much his body had been working. So he slept in my lap and we pet him. Dr. Lisa loved on our other dogs so we had time with Tank. She made sure we were ready before she gave him the sedative, and then the med that would let him pass. I had questions about what to expect from the other 3 dogs and she gently informed me. Then she stepped outside and gave us all the time we needed. We were warned that due to his size, she would need assistance getting him into the car. We had no problem helping her. We carried him to her car and she has a thoughtful backdrop that he laid in front of for his last car ride. She welcomed the hugs and the tears. He was THE BEST dog and I could not have asked for a better departure for him. We ADORE Dr. Lisa and can't thank her enough for helping us let Tank cross the rainbow bridge with all the love, comfort and peace he deserved.
Dr. Jill is a very compassionate and empathetic doctor. She relieved all of our concerns and made the process seamless. We honestly are so grateful to find her to help us during this difficult time. Our fur babies were at ease when she arrived to our surprise. We truly felt she did an amazing job with the utmost care. We couldn't recommend a better person!
Dr. Katie was gentle, soft and subdued during a time when we only had eyes for our dog. She was in control and communicative but didn't demand attention and let our focus be on our last minutes with him. We felt assured he was in good hands. We are grateful for her patience, calm, and empathy.
In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.
