We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. Her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference during this heartbreaking time.
Dr. Devlin was wonderful, kind, and patient with my wife and me. He gave us clear explanations of the procedure, and allowed us the time that we needed for such an impossible task.
Dr. Ortman is the most accommodating and thoughtful vet I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He kept us informed through the entire process and made Norma as comfortable as possible in her last moments. Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
Dr. Bean and his assistant were very thoughtful and professional. My dear little Callie Kitty actually offered him a little head butt. His assessment and expertise helped me to accept the choice I made to help my kitty cross the rainbow bridge. Callie had cancer. Dr. Bean offered prayer which was gratefully accepted by us. Dr. Bean took his time and answered all our questions. The comfort of our pet was front and center. My dear est kitty of 14 years is missed, but she is no longer suffering. Thank you Dr. Bean!
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.
Dr. Daniela is an angel. I wasn’t sure what to expect going through the in-home euthanasia process and Dr. Daniela was kind enough to answer questions. I was able to give my beloved Scooby some of his favorites: cream cheese, whipped cream, and as we began: his absolute favorite: cheeseburgers. Dr. Daniela explained each step as we went along and it helped calm me, which helped keep Scooby calm. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Daniela for helping me give Scooby the opportunity to transition with dignity in the comfort of his home. I had Scooby for nearly 12 years, the ultimate best friend, he helped me through illness, the loss of my father. I rescued him from a high-kill shelter, but really, he rescued me. I am forever grateful that I was able to be with Scooby as he transitioned and became my guardian angel.❤️
Dr. Murray was so kind and gentle with both of of our dear pups. We lost them both within 6 months and Dr. Murray made us feel so comfortable with the process. He took extreme care with every detail and was so caring. We felt really comfortable knowing our girl had met him 6 months before and knew he helped her brother transition without pain. We were comforted beyond belief that Dr. Murray could support us through such a sad but beautiful moment.
Dr. Kristina was truly incredible during one of the most difficult moments for our family. She showed such genuine compassion and professionalism, giving us the space we needed while also gently guiding us through the process. She made sure we never felt rushed and allowed us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. This experience is never easy, but her kindness, reassurance, and understanding brought us a sense of comfort in an otherwise heartbreaking situation. We are deeply grateful for the care she provided to both our dog and our family.
We struggled with the decision to end our beloved Layla's life (of 17 years). Aside from kidney disease she "appeared" in good health though she had been suffering from dementia; she had forgotten how to play, was confused, and had been having many toileting accidents. It was tremendously helpful when we first spoke with Dr. Crozier on the phone. She addressed our worries around the decision explained her process of euthanasia. This gave us clarity and confidence that this was the right time. On the appointed day Dr. Crozier was incredibly supportive. While we were terribly sad to say goodbye to "our girl" the process was very respectful and peaceful. Dr. Crozier was a godsend at this difficult time in our lives.

Animals are always a great judge of character and all three of our dogs loved Dr. Michelli. Even our Charlie, who Dr. Michelli had come to see, was happy to see her. For someone who has to see people on some of the worst days of their lives, Dr. Michelli was compassionate and patient. To provide this service for people and their pets is a special calling and Dr. Michelli possesses a gift for making a horrible day less horrible. We are forever grateful to her.

Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.

Our beloved furry baby crossed the rainbow bridge after 17 beautiful years with us. Knowing how difficult this moment would be, we chose at-home euthanasia with Dr. Cassandra Lewis—and it was the most compassionate decision we could have made. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and respectful, guiding us through every step with care and empathy. Despite the heartbreak, she created a peaceful and comforting environment that meant so much to our family. Dr. Bates was simply the perfect person to guide us through one of the most difficult times of or family's life. Losing our 13 1/2 year old black lab, Buddy, was completly overwhelming, but Dr. Bates came in and immediately knew what to do. She was so personable, but more importantly, her sincere sympathy and compassion calmed our anxiety. Her treatment of Buddy was awesome and the process of his euthanasia was so humane and peaceful. Dr. Bates gave us plenty of time to grieve after he had passed. I can't say enough nice things about our experience with Dr. Bates and CodaPet.

Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. Dr. Jill is a very compassionate and empathetic doctor. She relieved all of our concerns and made the process seamless. We honestly are so grateful to find her to help us during this difficult time. Our fur babies were at ease when she arrived to our surprise. We truly felt she did an amazing job with the utmost care. We couldn't recommend a better person!
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.
Wow! Tank has been my ride-or-die, my BFF and my baby boy for 15 years. I knew his time was coming soon but you're never truly ready. I wanted to let him pass peacefully at home & I found Dr. Lisa. The scheduling was super simple, pricing was up front. While I had the option to buy keepsakes I didn't feel like I was being pressured or marketed to. Dr. Lisa kept the conversation via text simple and direct. She answered all my questions ahead of time. We have 3 dogs in addition to Tank and they can be a little crazy when company arrives. She handled them with grace and they settled down with her so quickly. She showed Tank love and attention. She gave him big dose of a pain med subcutaneously. He ate steak while she did it so he didn't feel anything. Then he fell asleep (just sleeping... not gone yet). I haven't seen in sleep that comfortably in, I dont even know how long. I hadn't realized how much his body had been working. So he slept in my lap and we pet him. Dr. Lisa loved on our other dogs so we had time with Tank. She made sure we were ready before she gave him the sedative, and then the med that would let him pass. I had questions about what to expect from the other 3 dogs and she gently informed me. Then she stepped outside and gave us all the time we needed. We were warned that due to his size, she would need assistance getting him into the car. We had no problem helping her. We carried him to her car and she has a thoughtful backdrop that he laid in front of for his last car ride. She welcomed the hugs and the tears. He was THE BEST dog and I could not have asked for a better departure for him. We ADORE Dr. Lisa and can't thank her enough for helping us let Tank cross the rainbow bridge with all the love, comfort and peace he deserved.
Dr Roberts was so professional and kind & made my poor sweet girl comfortable again, all while offering the kindest comfort to our grieving family. She recommended the company that cremated our girl. I would highly recommend Dr Roberts.

Dr. Jem Scott-Emuakpor is a true credit to her profession. We all dread this decision and question ourselves every step of the process and there is no one better to guide you than Dr. Jem Scott-Emuakpor. We had set up the appointment and I panicked, Dr. Jem called me and not only answered all my questions and concerns but did so with so much care and understanding. When the day came she showed so much care and concern for not only Caroline, my husband and myself but also our other 2 dogs and how they could be feeling. While I will be forever heartbroken and miss my sweet Caroline, I am at peace because of Dr. Jem Scott-Emuakpor.

We found at home euthanasia was the right decision for our family - it was much more intimate than we've had in clinical office setting in the past. Dr. Silvesti graciously squeezed us in last minute that day. We were able to hold our fur baby and take our time. Dr. Silvesti took the time to listen to how our sweet baby came into our lives and wrote us the most beautiful hand written sympathy card a few weeks after. Saying goodbye to a pet, a part of your family, is the hardest, most difficult part of being a pet parent. Dr. Lauren Silvesti made this incredibly difficult experience better just by her kindness, patience, and empathetic nature throughout the whole process. Dr. Stukey was so amazingly kind, patient, and caring! She created such a gentle way to say goodbye during a very difficult experience. If you are finding yourself at the tough position of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, she is the vet to help your loved one cross the bridge. ♥️
Dr. Houck was absolutely wonderful during such a heartbreaking time. She answered all of my questions the day before we had to euthanize our sweet Wally. She helped calm my nerves when I second guessed whether I was making the right decision. Dr. Houck was extremely professional and such a calm and reassuring presence throughout the entire process. I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. Very kind, Patient, understanding, observant and accommodating. A few things that are certainly worth mentioning in addition to her being quickly responsive and fully communicative she was prompt on the day planned. Dr.Juber came fully prepared with different treats toys and all the love from someone who has worked with animals. Dr. Juber’s consideration and handling for the whole vulnerable situation was outstanding and should definitely be praised. Her thoughtfulness showed as she came with a box for lockets of hair for our dog. Along with a handwritten letter that was sent a few days after. A kind lady doing a kind service.
Dr. White is amazing. She has been there for both of our boys when it was their time. This last time she came for an emergency appointment. Bear and Loki both got to leave this world not knowing an unknown, scary place. They knew peace at home. Thank you Dr. White! Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.

We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
When the time came to say goodbye to our beloved Jazzy, we were comforted beyond words by Dr. Poole and her gentle care. She came to our home and treated our sweet girl with such tenderness, respect, and compassion that the experience—though deeply emotional—felt peaceful and dignified. Dr. Poole took time to explain every step, making sure we felt prepared and supported. Her calm presence and empathy allowed our sweet girl to pass comfortably in familiar surroundings, surrounded by love. It was clear she truly cared, both for our pet and for us as grieving owners. We’re so grateful for the comfort she provided on one of the hardest days of our extremely difficult day. Dr. Poole's service is a gift to families facing loss, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who wants their pet’s final moments to be handled with grace and compassion.
I would like to start by saying I wish all could afford to do this for their beloved pet when the time comes. For us, our Madison was very high on the FAS scale her whole life. Vet visits were always very traumatic for her. When her time came, it was an immense relief that someone like Dr Murray could be there for her, and us. To have her pass surrounded by her loving family, in her favorite sunny spot, on her favorite bed, was a god send. From beginning to end, Dr Murray and CodaPet have been nothing but amazing. We have her ashes now and are focusing on the great memories. This process with his compassion, made the last sad memory much more bearable. Thank you Dr Murray, you have a great heart.
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
She was very compassionate and very gentle handling not only Penny, but us as well. We had plenty of time to say goodbye, and we felt very comfortable having her take care of Penny's last moments.
Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Dr John was everything we needed that day. Patient, understanding, compassionate and professional. Thank you to Dr John and Codapet, especially for the questionnaire to help understand if it was time to say goodbye. Wanda runs free now with Mel and Bruiser. Goodbye girl.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. We will cherish the memory of him forever ❤️
Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Thank you so much Dr.Todd in doing what has to be one of the world’s toughest jobs!
I would highly recommend Dr. Orth. She let us know prior what was going to happen and the steps. She answered all our questions. She was very caring and showed great empathy. She made one of the hardest experiences for us go as smoothly as possible. It was a blessing that we had our little old man at home and was able to make his last moments as calm and comfortable as possible.
Dr Divine is a wonderful person who has helped us in the past with two different situations. She’s extremely compassionate and patient when it comes to the process and answering questions. You can tell she puts a lot of love in her job. We are thankful to know her!
