Dr. Wolfingbarger provided us with such compassionate and respectful care during one of the hardest moments of our lives. When we had to make the decision to euthanize our beloved cat, Nene, Dr. Wolfingbarger treated him—and us—with incredible kindness, patience, and understanding. Dr. Jason Doolittle showed our family extraordinary compassion during one of the hardest moments of our lives. He walked us through every step of the at-home euthanasia process with patience, kindness, and clarity, ensuring we never felt rushed or uncertain. He handled our beloved Ranger with the utmost respect and gentleness, truly honoring him as the cherished member of our family that he was. Dr. Doolittle stayed in contact with us throughout the process, including updates on the return of Ranger ashes along with a beautiful nose print and paw print that we will treasure forever. Allowing Ranger to spend his final day at home, surrounded by love and comfort, meant everything to us. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Doolittle’s empathy, professionalism, and the genuine care he showed our family and our sweet pup.
Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.

Saying goodbye to our beloved dachshund Lily was one of the most painful moments of our lives, but thanks to Dr. Lisa Stadler with CodaPet, it was also one of the most peaceful and compassionate. Dr. Lisa, a retired veterinarian, brought a gentle presence and deep empathy into our home—qualities that made an unbearable day a little more bearable. This was the most difficult decision we’ve ever had to make to bid farewell to our beloved dog, Lucy, who had been with us for 11 wonderful years. Dr. Thomas handled the situation with utmost care and compassion, ensuring that we felt at peace and supported throughout the process. Knowing that we could say goodbye to our beloved Lucy at home with a painless passing was what she truly deserved. We want to express our deepest gratitude for offering such compassionate and difficult service.
Dr. Le Blanc was exactly what our grieving household needed under the circumstances. Our very ill elderly dog tried his best to stand and bark to defend his home when Dr. Le Blac arrived at the door. She immediately moved toward him with a calming voice and outstretched hand, stroking his head and letting him know he could relax. She continued to pet him for nearly 30 minutes while we discussed our trepidations making this decision. Her evaluation of Alvin's condition and apparent suffering matched that of his regular veterinarian and our own sad realization. Dr. Le Blanc explained the process and answered our questions before taking any further action. She paused at each step confirming our and Alvin's readiness to proceed to the next step. We very much appreciated her considerate and calm approach throughout the process. She truly recognized how difficult and emotionally challenging euthanizing our beloved family member of over 16 years was impacting us. She approached her tasks with reverence and respect and gave us the support and time we needed at each stage. It was a blessing for us and for Alvin that relief from his suffering could occur at home in his favorite spot on the couch while we softly stroked our loving buddy's head and back until Dr. Le Blanc quietly said he's gone now. I'm so grateful that Alvin's last memories were not of his typically traumatic car trip to the vet's office, encountering the other pets in the waiting area and ultimately being put on a cold table in a strange room with various assistants moving about before the vet entered to begin the procedure. I doubt his vet would have been able to spend much time with him given her other office demands. Transporting Alvin would have been physically painful and emotionally taxing on him and on us. It would have only served to heighten his anxiety and distress. Saying goodbye and leaving him there afterwards would have left us questioning whether we'd done the right and best thing for our dear pet and beloved family member during his last moments with us. Choosing a home-visiting vet from lists on web sites could have resulted in getting a skilled professional who got the job done but without much heart or meaningful connection to the pet and other household members. That is what we feared most and would have brooded over for months to follow. Destiny lead us to Dr. LeBlanc and her expertise and style was exactly what we had hoped for. We are eternally grateful and highly recommend you strongly consider her if you are in a similar situation.
I am so grateful that Dr Brittany assisted Mandy and me as we sent her across the rainbow bridge. Dr. Brittany was so patient and kind with all of us. Where do I start? Dr Christina is truly a phenomenal human and was absolutely the Dr I needed to assist me with saying goodbye to my girl. She communicated with me throughout the day and when I felt the shift in my dog, I sent her a video of her breathing and Dr Christina stopped what she was doing (at night I might add), and came to help my girl cross the rainbow bridge, so she didn’t have to suffer throughout the night. I truly couldn’t have asked for a sweeter, kinder person to help me through the whole process.
When Peaches, my dog met Dr. Carol Earls, she wagged her tail. My dogs, final moments were relaxed and Dr. Earls was respectful and caring.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Dr. White was so kind and compassionate, explaining the process as it progressed, allowing us to make the decisions we could. She truly understood the bond we had with our boy. We will cherish the memory of him forever ❤️
OMG. It seems impossible but Dr. Brandon made letting Jellybean go a little bit easier. Brandon and Ashley’s compassion ( and listening to stories about Jellybean made the final step less heartbreaking. Jellybean’s ashes were delivered to our home one week later by a very caring delivery person. Thanks to all of you. 😥
Dr. Brittany was a gentle blessing to our family in such a sad time. She was professional and kind. She guided us through the process of sending off our beloved Dragon with compassion and no pain for our boy. She was also communicative before and after her visit, regularly keeping us informed by text. I also appreciate the loving care she took wrapping Dragon in a blanket and having a little basket to transport him. She was tender and empathetic throughout the process. It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Danelle met our needs very gently and in a comforting manner. She was accommodating when I needed to reschedule appointments because I wasn’t sure when was the right time for my dog to pass. I cannot express how much I appreciate the service that Dr Lane provides. For such an awful situation of having to say goodbye to a member of my family was - he brought so much comfort and clarity every step of the way. I didn't have to worry that I was taking One Two to a place that he was fearful of, that he could have everything that smelled like home near by and be comfortable in his own bed. One of the most impactful parts was being able to give my other cats the opportunity to say goodbye as well - something I had never had the opportunity to do before. Though it was utmost painful and sad decision we had to let our beloved Gucci go. Dr. Lowman reassured us of our decision, and carried out the process with such compassion and heart warming. Gucci had a calming, pain free, and was laid to rest peacefully in our arms. We were given enough time to say goodbye to him. This was the first time I've ever had to euthanize a beloved pet and Dr Nicolette was very caring and explained the whole process. She was very patient and respectful and had a calming demeanor. She helped ease our sweet Ace's pain as we helped him cross the rainbow bridge... I am grateful for this type of service she has chosen. I don't know how she does it, but she is an angel for it. Dr. Meadows was amazing with us and our pet in our time of need. I could see that my cat needed assistance right away, and he showed up for us and more. He was very clear, but empathetic, about what would happen and when when the time came, and he and his team did an incredible job seeing through that her remains were handled respectfully and with care. You can tell Dr. Meadows really understands and cares for animals and the people who love them. I cannot express how thankful I am that he showed up for us when he did and helped my cat pass on. Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!

I've never been more impressed with a vet. I tried everything under the sun to get my dog better and I carried such massive guilt over the decision. I didn't know what to expect, as I had never put a pet to sleep before. I didn't know how I'd handle it and was struggling all week at work to avoid crying - I didn't even tell my coworkers so that I wouldn't break down into tears. Dr. Martin immediately made me feel at ease when he arrived. He has such a warm and caring demeanor. He listened so thoughtfully when I talked about my dog and her journey, then helped me to feel reassured in my decision. The night before the appointment, he spent 30+ minutes on the phone with me because I was still questioning whether there might be something else I can do. He listened while I ran through her history from the last two years. When he brought the ashes, he even included such a nice condolence card. I'm just blown away at how smooth of a process this was and how kind Dr. Martin is. If I know of anyone going through this, I will highly recommend Codapet and Dr. Martin. I wish that he/Codapet offered home visits for regular vet exams and routine vaccines. I would definitely pay for that service for my other dogs. Thank you so much, Dr. Martin! Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Thank you so much Dr.Todd in doing what has to be one of the world’s toughest jobs!

During a really difficult time Dr. Noe was able to validate our family decision four our deeply beloved cat Spike to cross the rainbow. She was compassionate and empathetic. I would call again if we are in a place to do so.
Dr. Josh was amazingly kind. He came to help us say goodbye to our cat Mister. He described the process thoroughly had us take part as much as we were comfortable and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
I had never heard of end of life care at home. Making the appointment was very difficult. Dr. Mary was wonderful. She was kind, carrying, and compassionate. Oreo ( Cookie) was a part of our family since she was born. We loved her dearly. Dr. Mary made us feel comfortable. She was so gentle with Cookie. Our family was treated with compassion. I made the right decision and will always choose end of life care at home. Thank you Dr. Mary. Thank you for everything you do.
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Sara Gardhaouse has an amazing aura about her. In such an Emotinal time she radiates warmth and kindness to help ease the situations hardness. I would gladly refer this company to help with the passing of any fur baby in their own home.
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
This turned out to be the best decision that we have ever made! We dreaded trying to take our failing dog to the vet, something that he and we don't really enjoy anyway, even when he isn't sick. Instead, Dr. Duvall was able to come to us, and evaluate our Border Collie/Australian Sheep dog mix, Myles, right here in our own home. Dr. Megan Duvall is an exceptionally fine Veterinarian, and she did a beautiful job evaluating and treating Myles. Her experienced and loving touch were marvelous. We were so glad that Myles was able to quietly and painlessly pass away in his own bed, surrounded by the whole family who loved him so much. It was so much better than going to the vet, and any additional cost was well worth it. Also, the information and guidance materials were excellent and really helped with our understanding of the whole process. The follow-up has been excellent too, with many helpful links. We would highly recommend using this service, especially if you are fortunate enough to be able to book Dr. Megan Duvall. If, as they say, a safe, easy passing is the final act of love that you can do for your pet, then this seems to us to be the very best way to do it.
Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.

Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
