It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.
The team at CodaPet made all the difference in the world. The process was smooth and they were readily available to answer any questions. Dr. Katie Simpson was so considerate, gentle, and kind. She and her team made what was a very hard day a little bit better.
Dr Perzak was beyond wonderful and kind through a most difficult situation. It is never easy to make the decision to let your pet go, but she made it so much easier to deal with. We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

Dr. Whala came to our home to help us through the passing of our dog Dakota. It was the hardest thing we had to do. Dr. Whala was wonderful. Through her kindness, compassion, and caring demeanor, it made this painful experience more bearable. Dr. Givens was wonderful. It's such a painful experience to go through but he was both professional and caring. He made my Skylar's last moments as comfortable as possible. I can never thank him enough for that gift.

I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Angela that could explain how truly wonderful she is. My 16 year old maine coon/teddy bear mix developed a large lung tumor, which sadly forced us to make the heartbreaking decision to have him put to rest once it started to noticeably affect his breathing & quality of life. I was able to request a same day appointment. She arrived right on time,& took so much time with us and our sweet baby, Chance. He was not afraid & that was one of my biggest worries. She treated us like family, and you can tell she genuinely takes great care of animals and their fur parents. I would/will recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you so much Dr. Angela.
I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
Bandit was beloved by so many for 15 1/2 years. When his time came, we decided to have his goodbye at home. We lucked out and got Dr. McCasland. She was so kind and treated Bandit as if she’d known him his whole life. She stroked him while listening to our stories. We never felt hurried. It was the best experience you could imagine considering. We are grateful.
She was exceptionally helpful and compassionate. She made the transition so much easier. I would recommend using her the next time I have to let my pet go .
Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.

Dr, Goldberg cared as if it was her own pet. She made our cat’s passing peaceful and showed compassion. She sent a card afterwards and it was personal and heartfelt.
We reached out to Dr Givens when our two labs grew too weary for this world, but loved us too much to let go. They were over 14 and the idea of taking them anywhere seemed too overwhelming to arrange, as well as too stressful to these sweet dogs. After reaching out to schedule, Dr Givens reached out and talked us through the process, gave us all oir options, and made sure we were comfortable (as we could be) with the plan. When the day came, there was steady communication on timing and no surprises. It was the hardest decision, but being able to hold our dogs and say goodbye in the environment they knew was beyond incredible and a gift to them, as well as us. We didn't feel rushed at any point, and the care and love they treated our dogs with throughout the whole process was just so special to us. I hope no one ever has to make the decision to put their pet down, but we could not have asked for anything more in this process and would 100% reach out to Dr Givens if we have to make a decision like this again. I appreciate the peace and love felt throughout; it brought a bit of light into an otherwise very hard process and time in our lives. Thanks so much, Dr Givens.
The decision to say goodbye to their beloved pet isn’t one anyone wants to make. Dr. Murray was empathetic and truly kind when he talked us through the process. His gentleness and compassion was appreciated by myself and the family as we said goodbye to our dog in the most peaceful way. Coda was absolutely the right choice if the choice needs to be made.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
We are deeply thankful to Dr. Shannon Nakaya for the care and compassion she showed during our beloved dog Giggsy’s final moments. Saying goodbye was an incredibly painful decision and a very difficult day for us, but her kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the burden. Dr. Nakaya guided us through the process with understanding and treated Giggsy with such tenderness and respect. Her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference during this heartbreaking time.
This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.

Dr. Beau Bradbeer guided us through that painful day with extraordinary compassion, gentleness, and respect. She treated AVA not just as a patient, but as family — ensuring her final moments were peaceful, dignified, and surrounded by love. What meant the most was the way Dr. Bradbeer cared for us as much as she cared for AVA. She explained each step with kindness, gave us space to grieve, and honored AVA’s life with tenderness. Her empathy turned an unbearable experience into one filled with grace, and we will always be grateful for the comfort she provided. In my life I have been blessed to have a few dogs. Saying goodbye is part of the price we pay. Dr. Gordon made this horrible time easier. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and compassion she showed not only our precious Baby Girl but also us.
Yes I am so glad we did it at home and Dr. Lori is amazing she didn’t rush and was very understanding and I felt like it gave Lola comfort and dignity in the end. For this being one of the hardest days of my life I am glad we had support from Dr. Lori.
First and foremost, I’m sorry for the late review. Losing my best bud has been extremely hard on my family and I. He was my shadow and my best friend and I just miss him so much 😞. Because my Oddy meant so much to me I wanted the very best experience for him . I was a bit reluctant at first because I had never heard of codapet. I chose to take a risk and I am so glad I chose Dr Lewis. From the very moment she stepped into our home, she was very compassionate, understanding, and respectful. We explained that Oddy’s tumor had burst open that morning and we were having a difficult time getting him to walk, and eat, which he loved to do. She walked us through every step and let us have the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Although that night was one of the worst days of my life, I was extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to hold my boy, in the comfort of our own home, as he took his last breath. Dr Lewis, also was kind enough to gift my whole family these small recycled medication vials with hearts attached to them filled with our Oddy’s fur. I turned it into a necklace and believe it or not it has helped me tremendously with the healing process after the loss of my fur baby. When we made the painful decision that it was time to send our sweet Bella to heaven, we knew her final moments needed to be spent in the comfort of her own home — relaxed, calm, and surrounded by the love she gave us every day of her life. It was the least we could do for her after all the unconditional love she had given us. Dr. Jessica Mumm was an absolute blessing during one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from the moment she arrived. She explained everything gently, moved at our pace, and gave us all the time we needed to hold Bella, talk to her, and say our goodbyes without ever feeling rushed. Her presence brought peace into a heartbreaking moment, and she made Bella’s transition as gentle and dignified as possible. If you are facing the impossible decision of in-home pet euthanasia, I cannot recommend Dr. Mumm highly enough. She gave our Bella the peaceful passing she deserved, and that is a gift we will always remember.
Dr. Sara Gardhaouse has an amazing aura about her. In such an Emotinal time she radiates warmth and kindness to help ease the situations hardness. I would gladly refer this company to help with the passing of any fur baby in their own home.
I was so grateful for the professionalism and empathy Dr. Lori Thomas showed me during such a difficult time. This is the hardest thing that pet owners have to deal with, but it does lessen the pain to have a caring vet in your home, helping your beloved oet pass. My girl left this life peacefully with me by her side. It comforts me to know she felt secure and not afraid as she quietly went to sleep.
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Lauren Frary was so gentle with my sweet Cosmo. She explained every step of what she was going to do and made sure he was as comfortable as he could be. She also entertained my other two kitties who were very curious as to what was going on. Thank you for making a heartbreaking decision so peaceful and letting us get to say our goodbyes in our home.
Dr. Walton and her assistant Morgan were the most compassionate, respectful, and sympathetic professionals when it came to putting my dog down. They both intuitively knew what to say, what to do, and I appreciated their gentle presence, kindness, and communication beyond words. This was my first time having to part ways with a pet, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. However, even in my profound grief, there was a moment during the process I thought of how beautifully tragic this was. If it has to happen, this is the most peaceful and poetic way to do it. Zoey took her last breath just how she wanted - in my arms, surrounded by the people and things she loved most, in the comfort of her own home. Dr. Walton and Morgan, I hope to never see you for your services again… but if I or someone else does, I cannot recommend them enough. The care and compassion from Dr. Vosburg during one of the most difficult times in our lives will never be forgotten. She took such great care of our Ollie in his last few moments and I’ll always be grateful for that. I could not recommend her more.

When I realized that it was time for my sweet Axle to cross the rainbow bridge I wanted to create a peaceful, calm setting in a familiar place surrounded by people and things he loved. I reached out to Coda Pet to schedule a consultation. Dr. Perzak was so helpful in explaining the process. She answered all of my many questions leading up to our appointment and even assisted me with moving up the initial appointment when Axle’s condition worsened. When she arrived at my home, we chatted and she examined my baby and loved on him as we spoke. She allowed me to tell her of our many adventures and special moments together over the past 15 years. She explained everything as she went along and there was never any rush. She gave us space and allowed all the time that we needed to say our goodbyes. Dr Perzak definitely has a gift for assisting pets and their families during this difficult time. I absolutely recommend in home euthanasia and Dr Perzak. She was amazing!
Dr. Martin was kind and caring during the last moments of Caden's life as our fur baby. He was patient and explained every process in compassionate detail. We also thought that him bringing the ashes back directly to us which allowed him to check in on us was extremely thoughtful. I would recommend his services to anyone during that difficult time of their lives.

Having my pet euthanized due to a diagnosis of stage 4 lymphoma cancer at 7 years 11 months was something I wasn’t ready for. My dog was so young and taken away from me too soon. Dr. Fieg was the best. She was very thorough and explain explaining the entire process and gave me as much time as I needed to be with my dog until his demise. My dog went very peacefully and is no longer in pain. It was very comforting to me seeing the process and being there for my dog till the end. I did everything I could for my dog and the cancer was just too much for him. Although I miss him on a minute to minute basis, I know that he is in a better place now. I would highly recommend.Dr. Fieg if and when it comes time to make that decision that you never thought you had to make. Thank you Dr. Fieg for being so thorough and respectful to my dog and my wishes.

Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!
Dr. Romanos was absolutely wonderful. This was an extremely difficult time for us, and she helped our baby cross the rainbow bridge in the most peaceful way possible. She was patient, gentle, and answered all of our questions with such care, tailoring the conversation to our needs. Dr. Romanos had a calming presence and was incredibly knowledgeable. I will be recommending her to anyone who needs support in helping their pet pass peacefully.
When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.

Dr Alex was so wonderful in our time of need. When it was time to euthanize our beloved elderly dog, we thought he had earned the right to have it done in his home, in a spot where he was comfortable, rather than taking him to a stressful vet office visit. He greeted Dr Alex warmly and seemed relaxed through the whole process. Dr Alex ensured that he had a peaceful passing and that we had as few concerns about the process as possible. It is hard to be without our dog, but we feel great about the decision to go with CodaPet.
We are so grateful that Dr. Courtney White was available to us, last minute nonetheless. We were able to say goodbye to our precious boy Radar in his favorite spot in our backyard. Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. We are overwhelmingly grateful that Lily was able to pass in the comfort of her home, surrounded by the space and the things she loved most. Holding her in my arms as she went peacefully was a blessing I will never forget.
