Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Dr Jason Doolittle made sure the experience was peaceful and went at a pace we were comfortable with. He explained in detail everything that would happen and was very gentle with Fiona. Thank you for providing a service that allows our fur family to go peacefully in their homes surrounded by comforting faces and love.
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.

I had never heard of end of life care at home. Making the appointment was very difficult. Dr. Mary was wonderful. She was kind, carrying, and compassionate. This was the most difficult decision we’ve ever had to make to bid farewell to our beloved dog, Lucy, who had been with us for 11 wonderful years. Dr. Thomas handled the situation with utmost care and compassion, ensuring that we felt at peace and supported throughout the process. Knowing that we could say goodbye to our beloved Lucy at home with a painless passing was what she truly deserved. This was the first time I've ever had to euthanize a beloved pet and Dr Nicolette was very caring and explained the whole process. She was very patient and respectful and had a calming demeanor. She helped ease our sweet Ace's pain as we helped him cross the rainbow bridge... I am grateful for this type of service she has chosen. I don't know how she does it, but she is an angel for it. Dr. Angela was amazing. The decision to let a family member that had been with us for fourteen years was devastating to my family. She quickly connected with him, communicated clearly us, and was a much appreciated guide through a heartbreaking, emotional event. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough. When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. Lane made a horrible no win situation more acceptable with his calm demeanor and soothing words. I can't thank Dr Martin enough for helping little Barney come to peaceful end to his life's journey.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Dr. Lori Thomas made my Joey's passing as peaceful as possible, in his backyard with sun on his face. Thank you Dr. Lori for helping us through such a rough day.

Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! On one of the hardest days of my life, Dr. Jem Scott-Emaukpor provided both me and my pet, Ace, with a peaceful ending. Not fond of strangers, Ace actually gave her kisses within a few minutes of meeting her because of her calm, reassuring presence.
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. Having your pet pass at home where they're comfortable and familiar was such a blessing!

Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. When Peaches, my dog met Dr. Carol Earls, she wagged her tail. My dogs, final moments were relaxed and Dr. Earls was respectful and caring.

Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our sweet baby to sleep, and Dr. Megan Blasier Duvall was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and loving with our dog, treating them with the same care you’d give a member of your own family. Her kindness and understanding made one of the hardest moments of our lives a little more bearable. She spoke to us with patience, explained everything clearly, and gave us the time and space we needed. We are forever grateful for the comfort and dignity she provided our beloved pet in their final moments. I also want to mention how wonderful her entire office staff was. They followed up with us afterward and sent the sweetest handwritten card. It meant more than they know and brought us a lot of comfort during such a difficult time. Though it was utmost painful and sad decision we had to let our beloved Gucci go. Dr. Lowman reassured us of our decision, and carried out the process with such compassion and heart warming. Gucci had a calming, pain free, and was laid to rest peacefully in our arms. We were given enough time to say goodbye to him. We are very thankful to Dr. Lowman for her professionalism, communication, and compassion from start to finish, and a heart felt sympathy card as we are still missing his presence. One of the hardest decisions of my life was to put our family’s beloved pet, Rocky, to rest. He was mentally sharp, but his body couldn’t provide him with the quality of life he desperately deserved. Reaching out to Coda Pet put us in contact with Dr. Brittany Rizzo who made this painful process bearable. Upon arrival, she calmy greeted Rocky along with my kids and I. Rocky, who was a chihuahua, shockingly was very welcoming to her presence. Brittany briefly explained the processed and was so patient with all of us while we said our finial “see-ya laters” to him. Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.

Dr Kim was incredibly compassionate thought this entire process. She contacted me directly after the appointment was booked in order to check on my baby’s status . She wanted to be sure that I didn’t need her sooner and that I was comfortable with the decision that Euthenasia was the most loving option for my beloved boy Toby. Dr Valentino came into our lives on a very difficult day. She was kind and compassionate, she reinforced that what we were doing was the right thing for our pet, which we really needed to hear. She gave us the time we needed. I felt she would look after our pet with dignity and kindness when she took her away. The whole process was calm and comforting. I am very grateful.
Dr. Le Blanc was exactly what our grieving household needed under the circumstances. Our very ill elderly dog tried his best to stand and bark to defend his home when Dr. Le Blac arrived at the door. She immediately moved toward him with a calming voice and outstretched hand, stroking his head and letting him know he could relax. She continued to pet him for nearly 30 minutes while we discussed our trepidations making this decision. Her evaluation of Alvin's condition and apparent suffering matched that of his regular veterinarian and our own sad realization. Dr. Le Blanc explained the process and answered our questions before taking any further action. She paused at each step confirming our and Alvin's readiness to proceed to the next step. We very much appreciated her considerate and calm approach throughout the process. She truly recognized how difficult and emotionally challenging euthanizing our beloved family member of over 16 years was impacting us. She approached her tasks with reverence and respect and gave us the support and time we needed at each stage. It was a blessing for us and for Alvin that relief from his suffering could occur at home in his favorite spot on the couch while we softly stroked our loving buddy's head and back until Dr. Le Blanc quietly said he's gone now. I'm so grateful that Alvin's last memories were not of his typically traumatic car trip to the vet's office, encountering the other pets in the waiting area and ultimately being put on a cold table in a strange room with various assistants moving about before the vet entered to begin the procedure. I doubt his vet would have been able to spend much time with him given her other office demands. Transporting Alvin would have been physically painful and emotionally taxing on him and on us. It would have only served to heighten his anxiety and distress. Saying goodbye and leaving him there afterwards would have left us questioning whether we'd done the right and best thing for our dear pet and beloved family member during his last moments with us. Choosing a home-visiting vet from lists on web sites could have resulted in getting a skilled professional who got the job done but without much heart or meaningful connection to the pet and other household members. That is what we feared most and would have brooded over for months to follow. Destiny lead us to Dr. LeBlanc and her expertise and style was exactly what we had hoped for. We are eternally grateful and highly recommend you strongly consider her if you are in a similar situation.
Letting go of our family pets is one of the most difficult decisions and Dr Mitchell made it feel so spiritual and her compassion for my family was felt by all of us. When she shed a tear for our precious Scout, we all knew we would never forget her—we won’t. Thank you, Cara!

Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Where do I start? Dr Christina is truly a phenomenal human and was absolutely the Dr I needed to assist me with saying goodbye to my girl. She communicated with me throughout the day and when I felt the shift in my dog, I sent her a video of her breathing and Dr Christina stopped what she was doing (at night I might add), and came to help my girl cross the rainbow bridge, so she didn’t have to suffer throughout the night. I truly couldn’t have asked for a sweeter, kinder person to help me through the whole process.
Dr. Whala was so compassionate and caring. It was such a blessing to be able to have her come to our home. Honey was n her favorite spot by the fire. Saying good bye to our fur babies is never easy but Dr. Whala sure helped! Thank you!
Dr Dixon met our family in a painful moment and immediately understood how we wanted to handle the final moments with our beloved Maggie. It helped us focus and begin our grieving process. We will be forever grateful.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.

Dr. Brittany was a gentle blessing to our family in such a sad time. She was professional and kind. She guided us through the process of sending off our beloved Dragon with compassion and no pain for our boy. I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. During a really difficult time Dr. Noe was able to validate our family decision four our deeply beloved cat Spike to cross the rainbow. She was compassionate and empathetic. I would call again if we are in a place to do so.
Dr. Parks was a wonderful doctor to have with us during Nico’s final moments. We greatly appreciate her kind, thoughtful, and gentle approach during our incredibly difficult time. Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us.
