Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr. Kim was an absolute angel! She made the passing of our sweet Belle (15 year old blue tick) so much easier. Her compassion and just overall presence during such a hard time was so comforting. I will be recommending the at home service to anyone I know who has an elderly dog.

we found ourselves in a situation where our dog Archie’s health took an unexpected turn and his health began declining rather suddenly and very quickly. The thought of having to put him down took my breath away, and when it became clear that was what we needed to do, I found CodaPet and Dr. Michelli had an opening to come out that day. I honestly did not know how or if I would be able to make it through the appointment. Maybe it was Devine intervention but the only reason I was able to get through the day is because of Dr. Michelli. She treated Archie, or family and our other dog were with such dignity and respect with what we were going through, but more than that, she was gentle, kind and compassionate in everything she did. She treated Archie with the same kind of we showed him daily. She gave us all the time we needed, and as much space as we needed to say goodbye. I will forever be grateful she was the veterinarian we found in Archie’s, and our time of need. Its been two weeks exactly since that day; not only has she reached out to me via text to see how I/we were handling the loss which I thought was very kind, buts she also sent us a handwritten condolence card in the mail. She’s absolutely amazing and will treat you and your pet with the utmost care.
It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.

The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.
Dr. Whala was wonderful. I've never met a vet before that I actually liked. She was so kind, thoughtful, she was truly there for me when I needed someone to be there the most. She handled my dogs euthenasia with the upmost respect, and tact, and sincerity. It was very important to me that my dog kept his dignity, and she showed that was something she would ensure happened. I can't recommend her highly enough. Dr. Whala, if you're reading this, thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. You're a real one.
Kayla was a very compassionate and patient with us in our difficult time of saying goodbye to our sweet Minnie. We decided to use CodaPet when it was time for us to make that decision for our sweet 14 year old St Bernard, Fiona. It was the best thing we could have done. Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.

Dr. Tolbert was so kind and caring. As hard as this appointment was I was very thankful for her. It was our first time having to let go of a very loved pet and she made it as smooth as it could have possibly been. Explained everything and was just so kind.
I might get teary eyed just writing this. Dr Le Blanc was absolutely wonderful her empathy, compassion and kindness were felt by all in attendance. Hate to ever have to do that again but if I do I will definitely be calling her again
Dr. Gordon performed the euthanasia for my sweet soul dog of 16 years. It was the most peaceful experience I could’ve asked for. She knew exactly what to say and created such a calm environment to spend our final moments together. I’m very grateful for her service.
Dr Magnotta reached out to me on my cell phone after I made my appointment for the last time available which happened to be 1:00pm. When I told her my husband was home but I would be taking my lunch break but would be home by 1:00, She asked if I had planned to return to work, I told her I had to because I just came back from vacation the day before. Dr Magnotta offered to come later so I didn’t have to go back to work. I thought that was very thoughtful and empathetic but I don’t get out work until 5pm and I couldn’t expect her to wait till then when 1:00 was the only appointment time left. She assured me that was fine and that I shouldn’t have to go back to work after such an ordeal. I was able to finish my work day and go home and be with our Sophie before the Doctor arrived. My husband had Sophie were outside in the back yard on a small blanket near the picnic table, it was one of her favorite spots. Upon Dr Magnottas arrival she text me to tell me she was there and I met her in the driveway. From the moment she introduced herself I felt at ease. She was very sincere and caring. It was like Sophie was her own. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it. We have another younger Golden, Annabelle and Sophie was not only her best bud but was also her sister. Annabelle had no idea what was about to happen but after Dr Magnotta gave Sophie the sedative we let Annabelle come outside to be with us. Dr Magnotta was so understanding, kind and gentle to all of us. She stayed after Sophie passed from this life, took paw prints for us, patiently and graciously listened to stories about Sophie and our other animals. We are fortunate enough to be able bury Sophie on our property so no other arrangements needed to be made. Dr Magnotta was knowledgeable and gave advice to us about our other animals on flea and tick prevention. Spoke to us about the grieving process not only for us but for our other animals also. My husband and I had to put down two other dogs in our past but it was at our veterinary office and it was a totally different experience and in experiencing both sides we will always use codapet.com moving forward. Highly recommend them and Dr Magnotta.
Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.
Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Dr. Katie Todd was so kind and informative. She explained the process and answered all of our questions. Our sweet girl is at peace and out of pain and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for her.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr Anna was on time, very loving, caring and made us all feel at ease with going forward. She even brought a treat for him, and my very usually picky dog ate it! When Kristina arrived and Sophie accepted her into our home with a wagging tail and a head-butt hug, we knew she had a gentle soul and big heart. Her quiet explanation of the process calmed our overall concerns and allowed us to relax into Sophie’s final moments knowing it was the right decision. While wish we had that one more day, Kristina gave us that last happy moment as Sophie quietly left her pain behind.
She was so sweet and kind. She was very loving and understanding of what we were going through. She never rushed the process and took great care of our boy. She had him in a beautiful basket when she left wrapped in his favorite blanket and he looked like an angel. We cannot think her enough for the kindness she showed through the whole thing. This is the second time we have needed Dr. Jenny Tovar’s help with our beloved pets . Once with our 16 year old cat Felix and recently with our 11 year old dog Bailey. She is excellent with this specific service at a very difficult time . Dr. Tovar remains calm and proceeds with patience and loving actions . Not rushing the procedure and answering any questions or concerns. We are very grateful for her willingness to make herself available in families time of great need .
Dr. Katie was amazing! She handled everything so professionally yet personally too. Ruger will be so missed by many (as she can attest to, she said it was the biggest crowd she'd had, there were 9 of us) and I will never take my pets to a cold impersonal clinic to pass if I can help it. My wife and I could not have asked for anybody better for this experience. We were pained to have to make the decision to put our poor Beebs to sleep. However, Dr. Christine made the situation so comfortable for us and Beebs. He is one of the most compassionate, empathetic, and professional vets I have ever seen. We could tell when he first came in the house that Beebs was welcoming of Dr. Christine and trusted him, a true testament to his caring energy. Dr. Christina was truly a blessing during one of the hardest moments of our lives. This was our first time going through euthanasia, and she was so warm, gentle, and understanding from the moment she arrived. Her calm, steady voice helped us breathe through the heartbreak, and she explained every step with such compassion that we never felt lost or afraid. When it was time for our sweet boy to be placed in her vehicle, we were completely moved. She had it set up with a soft dog bed, a cozy blanket, flowers, and candles — it felt like a little sanctuary. It was one of the most touching, respectful, and caring gestures we’ve ever experienced. We chose to have our dog’s ashes returned to us, and about a week later she personally brought them back. The urn was beautiful, and it even had a built‑in shaker so we can scatter his ashes if and when we’re ready. Every detail showed thoughtfulness and respect. Dr. Christina made an unbearable day just a little softer. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for both our dog and our family meant everything. We are so grateful for her.
Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
This service was a bright spot in a very dark time. I called every vet in the area about an in home visit for my 230 lb Great Dane Hercules. He went down after a car ride and did not get back up. He was the best dog, my best friend, and protector when it was not a plastic bag caught in the fence. He made an impression on all who knew him, so when this happened we were all devastated. Since the local vets were not in a charitable way I turned to google to find a solution. It was God sent. When it was time to make this hard decision they were there. There was no available appointment for the next few days, so I signed up for an emergency appointment. With in 2 hours I had a spot for the next morning. I have full communication with the vet as soon as the appointment was booked. Doctor P. I can’t believe how amazing she is. She was so kind, respectful, and just a beautiful soul. She was professional and caring. She never referred to my dog as anything other than his name. She asked questions about the situation and look at Herc to make sure that it was not something simple, and explained how the process would work. She told us every move she made and insured that we were good with it. She was gentle and caring with my Herc. She waited for my nod when it was time. He went very peacefully. For some reason it ment so much to me that she bandaged his leg after the process. She stepped out and give my family some time. Once that was finished we helped get him loaded and she took him. She was so kind. It was the best experience that I could have hoped for. She contacted me later that evening to go over the payment before it was submitted. She made it possible for me to have his ashes sent back to me when I thought there wouldn’t be a way. Because of her kindness I get to keep my Herc with me. I received him early this week. She made this process as good as it could be and I could not recommend this service and Doctor P more. I would give this higher than 5 stars if possible. I would not think twice to recommend this service and Doctor P to anyone facing this incredibly difficult situation. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH, and GOD BLESS YOU DOCTOR P!!!

When Dr Martin arrived, my little guy Barney ran to the door to greet him like he did all guests. He even barked at him, before jumping up to him to get attention. Dr Martin greeted him back, warmly and sincerely. He was playful with Barney while explaining the process to us. I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Dr. Lisa Feig. It was heart wrenching knowing I had to say goodbye to my precious Dottie before she began to suffer. We loved her so much. With that said, Dr. Lisa Feig made the experience so much easier and peaceful for our sweet girl. I knew Dottie was not in pain and crossed over in the most peaceful way. Dr. Feig is the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful doctor anyone could ask for. Anyone who has Dr. Feig in their life as wife, mother, daughter, friend--is an extremely lucky person. She was so giving of her time and patience. I recommend at home euthanasia to everyone. Having your loved one home, comfortable in their surroundings is really the best option. I hated the idea of her being at a hospital or vet clinic in a sterile environment. I got to hold her and tell her how pretty she was and how loved she was. And all the while, Dr. Feig demonstrated such genuine compassion. My fiancé and I were blown away. It takes a special person to do this type of job. And Dr. Lisa Feig more than meets that requirement. A million thanks to her and Coda Pet.
I can't say enough fabulous things about Dr. Jessica Pruitt! It was a hard decision (as it always will be) when its time for our "buddies" to have to leave us:( but Dr. Jessica is so gentle and kind. She explains everything, is very patient and my Molly just warmed right up to her which made things even easier. When she walked in she just started chatting and before long it felt like we’d been friends for a long time. Throughout the steps of the “procedure” she gave us as much time with Charlie as we needed. She did reassure us that we had made the right call on Charlie’s behalf. She let our granddaughter help her with placing Charlie on the stretcher to carry him out to her car. She was very compassionate and we would highly recommend her.
Dr. Whala was incredibly kind and caring. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our beloved Daisy. She was gentle and made us feel the best we could given the situation and we will be forever grateful for her.

April was truly kind and did a lovely job for my most treasured pet. She bumped up my appointment in order to give my animal the care she really needed. I could not have asked for a better experience.
It was a true gift to have Dr. Wratten come to our home and gently usher my sweet kitty Luna out of pain and over to the other side. Dr. Wratten is very kind and understanding, very thorough, and all my animals felt comfortable around her immediately. She also gave us some valuable insight into how Luna may have come to have cancer. Thank you for helping our family during a difficult time.
Faced the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 18 year old Papillon and used Codapet to do it in our home as our dog hated to go to the vet. Dr. Katie Todd arrived and explained in detail the process, gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and made the process as easy as possible. She was very reassuring to my children that we had made the right decision and explained all the options for taking care of the remains and provided us with keepsakes to ease the family’s pain. Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us.
