We had to say goodbye to our pup Leo, who we had for 16 years, and it was one of the most painful things I ever had to do. Leo had advanced kidney disease and his health quickly deteriorated. We had scheduled a Coda Appointment with Dr. Derecka Alexander for a Tuesday, but Leo’s health took a turn for the worse on a Sunday. I emailed Coda Pet to ask if there was any possibility any Vet could come out sooner. Dr. Alexander immediately contacted me and made herself available in our time of need. We were so appreciative of Dr. Alexander’s compassion and kindness in helping our beloved pup Leo cross over the rainbow bridge, especially after it became urgent. She made a very difficult experience of us having to say goodbye to our pup more manageable. We chose to get a Vet to come to our home for our final goodbye to our Leo because we wanted him to be surrounded by the warmth of our love, the comfort of his family, and the smells and sounds he has always known. I wanted his last memories to be of us — his family — holding him, kissing him, thanking him. Thank you, Dr. Alexander, for allowing us to provide that to our pup Leo.

We had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our sweet Stella, and we chose at-home euthanasia so she could be surrounded by love in her own space. From the moment Dr. Keri Wasmoen arrived, her kindness and empathy were evident. She spoke softly, gave us the time and space to say goodbye, and made sure Stella was comfortable every step of the way. The entire experience was handled with such compassion, dignity, and care. Stella felt safe and loved up to her very last moment with us. Every step was explained gently, and she treated Stella like she truly mattered. We will always be grateful for how peaceful she made such a heartbreaking moment. It didn’t feel rushed or clinical—it felt like a peaceful, loving goodbye. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate experience during such a difficult time.
Wanda was 14 years old. She was such a big part of our family, we couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to her at the vet’s office. Everyone was here with her, including Kiko our 6 year old rescue. Dr John was everything we needed that day. Patient, understanding, compassionate and professional. We suddenly found ourselves in an unbearable situation with our 17-year-old dog, Teddy. His health declined so quickly, and we had to rush to find someone who could help us say goodbye at home. Thankfully, we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Lisa. She came to our house with such humility, patience, and compassion. She listened as we cried and asked a million questions, gently reassuring us that we were doing the right thing for our sweet boy. She never rushed us, she gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye. As heartbreaking as it was, Teddy passed peacefully and comfortably in our arms. Dr. Lisa treated him with love, dignity, and respect, and made sure he was safely transported for cremation. She even followed up with us afterward to reassure us he had arrived where he needed to go. Losing Teddy has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, but we have no regrets choosing Dr. Lisa. She gave our boy the most loving, gentle passing we could have hoped for.
Dr Robert’s was very kind and professional. She was comforting and just had a sense of peace about her. She explained everything and didn’t rush at all. Made sure we were comfortable and sat with us as though she was a family member. I appreciate her at this difficult time. She was truly a blessing and I would highly recommend her. It's the service you never want but when it comes I was so thankful for Dr. Todd. She was so compassionate and patient with us. Our sweet cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of his home without the stress of being moved to a vets office in his final hours. She even brought his ashes back to us. I can't thank her enough for this. We also had to move his appointment up and she was quick to move to his needs. I hope I don't need their services for a long time for my other fur babies but I will use her again in the very, very distant future.

Dr. Ayers was kind, compassionate and very mindful of what was happening. She asked questions, explained the process, and checked in with us throughout to make sure we understood and were ready for the next step. She was patient and allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved dog. She made a very painful situation as easy as it could be logistically. She was very caring of Snowie and offered lot of opportunity to answer any of my questions. She followed up with me after and extended her sympathies the day Snowie passed and afterwards.
Dr. Crozier did a great job. She contacted us before and took her time with us as our 14 year-old family member passed along. She followed up with us and delivered the ashes once they were complete. We’re so glad we did this at home so our two other dogs could be a part of the process as well. As heartbreaking as it was, it was nice to have somebody like Dr. Crozier empathetically walk us through the process. I would recommend her and her services without hesitation
Dr Bufford was very kind and caring.. As incredibly sad as the circumstances for her visit, it did make it very special for us and Ruby.. It was very important to us that she was able to pass over in her home surrounded by love.. Dr Bufford is incredibly passionate and I am forever thankful for her service.
Dr. Duvall did a fantastic job easing our dog out of this world, and in tending to our human needs and concerns as well. She really went the extra mile and was full of compassion for all of us. I can't imagine how the inherently difficult situation could have been made any easier.
Dr. Amanda Harper was the epitome of professionalism. She was kind and took her time with us and our dog. Smokey was relaxed and felt very loved, at home, with his family. I would never choose to do it differently if we were ever to be in that situation again. This service made a terrible situation as easy as it could ever be. Two weeks ago, Dr. Poole provided in-home euthanasia for my cat, and I am deeply grateful for her care and compassion during such a difficult time. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and kind. Best decision ever. While my heart is broken, this option of a kind, gentle passing in our home, with no anxiety for my sweet girl was a blessing for both of us. This was definitely the way to give your baby wings. My dog was very afraid of the vet office, and i did not want him to be on his last day on earth. Dr. Jennifer Dykstra was a God-send to help our beautiful,much loved Labrador Retriever cross the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. April was a godsend. Making the final decision after the emotional debate; back & forth; am I making the right decision?; I think she could hold on a little longer... she help make the process bearable. This is the second time Dr. Allison has been there for us in such a difficult time in our lives. Probably one of the hardest things to do is make the decision that your pet ( Best Friend) quality of life has become painful and a struggle for them and it’s time to say goodbye. It hurts like Hell. Mac was my first pet- my kitty cat of 18 years. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a buddy for so long. So when he showed signs of his time being up, I knew from a friend -in home pet euthanasia- was a peaceful goodbye. Dr. John Murray was beyond thoughtful and professional with amazing bedside manner. Mac had a wonderful last day at home and I held him in my arms as we said goodbye. It was beyond hard, but I also wouldn’t have it any other way looking back. Mac hated his car carrier, the car, a vet office is so cold. We were in our beautiful, sunny room, comfortable and well, I’d want to go the same way! Thank you again for being so wonderful to our sweet baby.
The form for the service was very easy to complete. I appreciated this since making this decision was very difficult and I was fraught with emotion. I wanted my beloved cat Buddy to have a pain free transition at our home. He was 18 years. His decline was rapid; he became extremely ill in the span of a week with advanced kidney disease. Dr. Lutri was so gentle and loving to Buddy. She explained every step of the process and asked me before each step if I was ready to move to the next. Dr. Lutri was gracious, kind, and compassionate. She has the most peaceful, calm, loving presence and a profound caring for the pets she serves and their pet guardians. She comforted me greatly as she took care of my magnificent boy. She genuinely understood the magical connection I had with Buddy and treated him so tenderly when she put his sweet body into a beautiful bed to transport him the the crematorium. I felt like Dr. Lutri was an angel sent to me in my dire time of need and loss. She was exceptional in every way. She is a talented doctor overflowing with empathy and understanding who is beautiful inside and out.
Putting my beloved Avery down was the hardest day of my life. While there is no easy way to do that, Dr. Noe made the experience so much better. From the moment she came to my house, her calm presence put everyone at ease, including my dog. She was professional, yet spoke as if she had known Avery for years. She gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our baby without feeling rushed. After Avery passed, Dr. Noe gave a heartfelt speech and hugged us all. I couldn't imagine having to euthanize in any other way.
Dr. Sara Gardhaouse has an amazing aura about her. In such an Emotinal time she radiates warmth and kindness to help ease the situations hardness. I would gladly refer this company to help with the passing of any fur baby in their own home.
Dr. Lisa made herself available for a last-minute urgent call for us and she couldn’t have been more lovely and caring. This is obviously a challenging and sad time for anyone in the position to call. She treated it with reverence and kindness. Feel lucky to have had her.
Dr. Lane was kind, compassionate and professional. He let us know he knew what it was like to say goodby to a loyal and loved family member. He was gentle and respectful in his treatment of our girl right through to the end when she went to sleep and took her last breath. Dr Lane made her passing as peaceful and gentle as it could be. Saying goodbye to my companion and best friend, Coco, was the hardest thing I have done. Dr. Nicolette Michelli made the experience pleasant, despite the situation. She was very patient with us and you could tell she sincerely cared. She even went above and beyond to make sure I had received Coco's ashes. I have three more fur babies and as long as Dr. Nicolette Michelli is available, I know the experience will be pleasant when that time comes again.
Dr. Delia is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She gave us peace of mind by answering all of our questions and throughly explaining what our baby girl was experiencing. We are so happy that our Mira was surrounded by love and comfort in her final moments.
He couldn’t have made this experience any easier. When Dr.Gary arrived none of us felt rushed or pressured. He answered all our questions & allowed us to make our own keepsakes. Before & after the process, Dr.Gary was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I truly wouldn’t recommend anyone else but him for this. On Good Friday I made the difficult decision to put my 13 yr old black lab out of his pain. I set up an appointment with Dr. Gordon and she arrived at the appointed time, sat down and talked with my daughter and I about Bruno, the issues he was dealing with, and his quality of life. I don’t like playing God so it was a very difficult decision for me to make. Dr. Gordon listened to my concerns regarding Bruno and agreed it was Bruno’s time. The process couldn’t have been more peaceful for Bruno, my daughter, and me.
Dr. Nakaya was an absolute blessing to us. In such a heartbreaking moment, she brought compassion, warmth, and quiet strength. She guided us with care and gave us the space to say goodbye to our sweet Monster with love and dignity. Because of her, our sweet boy was able to pass peacefully in a place where he felt safe and loved. We are forever grateful.
