From a young age, Dr. Mills knew she wanted to dedicate her life to medicine and to caring for those who couldn’t help themselves. While working as a general practitioner, she felt deeply connected to families facing the end-of-life journey with their pets. She created a space where they could openly discuss quality of life, grief, and love, but she soon realized that the traditional clinical setting wasn’t enough. In 2020, she transitioned fully to end-of-life care, ensuring that pets could pass peacefully in the comfort of home.
