Dr. Courtney was very compassionate and kind. It was very comforting to have her here to make this difficult decision we made seem a little easier.

5.0Apr 30 2025 by William H. Saying goodbye to Zoey was one of the hardest things we’ve had to do, but Dr. Mills made the process as peaceful and comforting as possible. She was incredibly gentle, explained every step clearly, and never made us feel rushed. We are so grateful for her compassion and the dignity that she showed our sweet baby in her final moments.

5.0Jun 06 2026 by Orlene N. Dr Courtney was wonderful in our time of need. She was compassionate and informative. We will refer her to all of our friends with animals in the future. 1000% recommend.
Dr. Courtney was absolutely perfect and made the passing of Mercedes as peaceful and loving as it possibly could've been. Thank you so much for doing what you do. Having her come to my home was the best thing I could do for Mercedes. ❤️

5.0Mar 27 2026 by Winter W. Dr Mills was incredible.
Compassionate, caring, patient, loving.... all the things you'd hope for in the situation.
We've had other in-home euthanasia experiences, but this was the absolute best.
We felt supported throughout, the communication was amazing. She explained the process and what she was doing when and why.
I hope not to have to use her services again, but if we do, I'll be using Dr Mills.

5.0May 20 2026 by Anastasia A. On one of the hardest days of our lives, Dr. Courtney was so patient and caring with us and our sweet pup. She took the time to sit with us and listen to us talk about Longo, she made sure he was calm and comfortable, and when it was time, she made his passing a little less painful. She is exactly the type of person you need on a day like this.

5.0Apr 27 2026 by Patricia G. My beautiful boy let me know it was his time on a Saturday morning. After multiple inquiries, Dr. Courtney had the earliest availability for late afternoon on Sunday to come to the house to put my baby to sleep. This was an ideal time so my family and I could say our goodbyes and spend what time we had left with him together. She did offer to come later in the morning on Sunday, if needed, but I kept the 4pm appointment. She arrived on time, was soft spoken, kind, compassionate, and took her time to explain the process, set clear expectations, and answer questions since this was our first experience with at-home euthanasia. She waited until we were ready before administering the sedative/anesthesia, and again with the medication to put him to final rest. She made his clay paw impression afterwards, so not to disturb him before since dogs typically don’t like their paws to be touched. And she then gave us time to privately be with him, and to let her know when we were ready for her to come back inside so she could place him on a stretcher to go in her car. We never felt rushed and he passed peacefully and overall a positive experience, given the circumstances, and gives me comfort during this difficult time. Incredibly grateful that my sweet boy was able to be in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loved ones.

5.0Jun 14 2026 by Karen S. Thank you, Dr. Mills for giving the best dog in the world the send off she deserved. Even one night of watching her struggle was too much, being able to let her pass peacefully, surrounded by her humans, at home with her smelly cats, was definitely the passing she earned for 15 years of being the best dog and most gentle soul to ever walk the earth.
The decision to end a life that provided mine with so much comfort, support, unwavering love and devotion was not an easy or light one to make, but Dr. Mills was kind enough to make sure that I knew i had chosen correctly and in my own heart, I already knew it, too.
Thank you Dr. Mills for your kindness to not only Bailey, but myself.

5.0Dec 19 2025 by Sarah S. Dr. Mills is very compassionate and made our experience feel as good as she possibly could. This was our first time ever doing an at-home euthanasia so we did not know what to expect, but Dr. Mills was very thorough and took her time explaining the process and allowing us to take as much time as we needed.

5.0Aug 06 2025 by Jenny Brooks Dr. Mills guided us through our first pet euthanasia. We cannot imagine having gone through this with anyone else. We are so happy we chose in-home euthanasia. We’ve had our Chloe girl since we rescued her as a kitten. After 17 wonderful years it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge. She was blind, deaf, and had light blood pressure and kidney failure. She loved to be near us but hated being picked up and she despised trips to the vet. Dr. Mills was ah-mazing. Compassionate, skilled, knowledgeable, etc etc etc. Chloe was able to stay in her favorite spot on the couch, soaked in sunshine, surrounded by her people and peacefully fall asleep. Thank you, Dr. Mills, for being so good at what you do and providing a beautiful and peaceful passing for our beloved Chloe.

5.0Feb 22 2026 by Michelle Y. Dr Courtney Mills was excellent. She is very loving, explained what was going to happen clearly, allowed both of our dogs to become comfortable with her before she did anything. She said it best, her job was to be as gentle as possible. She was. CodaPet made the whole process easier.

5.0Jun 25 2025 by Charles Dinwiddie Cournety Mills is an angel. Our Kenji was very sick, but kept himself alive for us. It was time to allow him to let go, so we decided for a quiet, in-home euthenasia. Courtney arrived on time and immediately went to where he was laying to interact with him and assure him. Her compassionate and considerate approach and the calm way she carefully explained every step was what we needed. We sat with Kenji and spent the final minutes with him wrapped in his fvorite blanket. The end was peacful. Courtney made the unbearable bearable. We cannot speak highly enough about her.

5.0Aug 16 2025 by Mark E. Dr Mills was wonderful and made our home euthanasia experience very calm, peaceful, and comforting. She was very sweet and attentive to Koda and he connected with her right away. Dr Mills explained the entire process and what to expect. Everything went according to plan and our dog passed peacefully in our loving arms. I highly recommend Dr Mills should you decide home euthanasia is needed for your pet.

5.0Dec 29 2025 by Angelia C. I cannot overstate how incredibly compassionate, professional, and caring Dr. Mills was with our family and our cat, Murray, on his most difficult day. She worked us into her already full schedule due to our emergency needs. Dr. Mills was able to adjust her standard routine to meet our needs and make everything as easy as possible for our Murray. She was so respectful of Murray and our family and she explained everything that was happening before she moved to the next step. I can’t give her enough praise, and I am so thankful that she provides such a critical & compassionate service.

5.0Mar 23 2026 by Lucas S. It has been a few months since Dr. Mills helped our sweet Oté cross the Rainbow Bridge, but I want to help anyone who may need her services to know that she is the most gentle soul I have encountered. Oté knew it too. She took her time and made sure he was comfortable, but she also took time to comfort us as we navigated this difficult time with him. If you need this service, Dr. Mills is an amazingly kind soul and will make the process as comfortable as possible.
