Dr. Miranda Collins

Oklahoma City, OK

Dr. Miranda Collins provides compassionate in-home pet euthanasia services to families across Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. Born and raised in Oklahoma, her love for animals began early — so early that her family affectionately nicknamed her "Ellie Mae." That lifelong passion led her to Oklahoma State University for her undergraduate studies, which she completed in 2017, followed by Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2021. With five years of veterinary experience, she combines her deep Oklahoma roots with a career built around compassionate, personalized care for pets and the families who love them. Animals have always been a constant source of comfort and connection in Dr. Collins's life, and being a veterinarian allows her to give that same care back - relieving pain, preserving dignity, and supporting families through moments that matter most. She is especially motivated by the ability to provide comfort during difficult times, ensuring every animal is treated with compassion and respect. That philosophy shapes every home visit, where families can say goodbye to their pet in a familiar, loving environment surrounded by the people who care for them most. Outside of her veterinary work, Dr. Collins's home is full of animals she loves: Sampson, an Australian Shepherd; Annie, a Pit Bull; Cowboy, another Australian Shepherd; and Pascal, a Veiled Chameleon. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her family, reading a good book, and working on arts and crafts projects. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether that is walking her dogs or going for a relaxing bike ride.
