Dr. Abbey Wesner's journey in veterinary medicine is rooted in a deep love for animals and a profound connection to nature. Raised in the picturesque landscapes of Montana, Dr. Wesner's upbringing surrounded by animals inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to their well-being. After completing her undergraduate studies at Iowa State University, Dr. Wesner embarked on a journey to the island of St. Kitts, West Indies, where she attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Following her graduation, Dr. Wesner's career led her to various corners of the United States, from small animal general practice in Pittsburgh, PA, to her current home in Edmond, OK. For the past three years, she has been providing invaluable veterinary relief services throughout central Oklahoma, lending her expertise to numerous clinics in the area. Dr. Wesner's dedication to serving the pet community is evident in her tireless efforts to ensure the well-being of every animal she encounters. Driven by her unwavering passion for animals, Dr. Wesner finds fulfillment in both extending the lives of her furry companions and providing them with a peaceful and dignified end-of-life journey. She considers it a blessing to be able to support pets and their families during their final moments, offering comfort and solace when it is needed most. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Wesner finds joy in cooking, traveling, and exploring new places, all while cherishing precious moments with her beloved family and two canine companions, an energetic Brittany Spaniel and a playful Havanese.
