Kim was exceptionally thoughtful, from the time she arrived to when she personnaly brought Gunnar's ashes to me at home. She also checked on me several times to see how I was doing...way above and beyond. I know I will have the same painful decision to make for my elderly ailing Lab and without doubt I will reach out to Kim to be the one to take Loki on his last mile with me.

Dr Kim was amazing! We had scheduled the appointment for her to come to our house and then 3 days prior to our appointment, our dog started a terrible decline and was in pain. Without any hesitation, Dr Kim came within 2 hours of my call to help put our beloved pet out of his pain. Her empathy and compassion touched our hearts during a terrible time. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Bagnoni was incredibly responsive and able to accommodate a same-day, in-home euthanasia for our 15-year-old dog, Zeus. She took the time to speak with us beforehand by phone, clearly explaining the process and what to expect. When she arrived, she performed a gentle initial exam, and together we recognized that it was truly Zeus’s time. She walked us through each step in person and thoughtfully answered our 5-year-old son’s questions in a way he could understand. Throughout the entire visit, she was calm, patient, and deeply respectful. Nothing felt rushed. The process was peaceful and free of stress for Zeus, which meant everything to us. We chose cremation, and the turnaround was quick. Dr. Bagnoni provided a beautiful urn, a clay paw print, fur clippings, and ink impressions of Zeus’s paw and nose; keepsakes we will treasure. Her professionalism, compassion, and gentle presence gave us comfort during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. We are grateful that Zeus’s final moments were handled with such dignity and care. I highly recommend Dr. Bagnoni. She is a truly compassionate professional.

Dr.Kim was fantastic with us during the very unfortunate passing of our dog. She provided us with some alone time to say our goodbyes and she gave him special treats that he really seemed to like during his injections. She spoke to us about the steps she was going to take beforehand so everyone involved could be prepared during the process. During a very emotional time, she made the day easier for us. Dr Kim was incredibly compassionate thought this entire process. She contacted me directly after the appointment was booked in order to check on my baby’s status . She wanted to be sure that I didn’t need her sooner and that I was comfortable with the decision that Euthenasia was the most loving option for my beloved boy Toby. I am forever grateful for the kindness/caring that she showed me, my family and Toby .

This was our first time having to put one of our pets down. Dr. Kim was so kind and gentle with us and our cat. She walked us through everything beforehand and answered our questions so that we were prepared. I highly recommend Dr. Kim. I felt that she gave proper respect to our boy and we are so very thankful for her. This was definitely not easy to go through but she really helped us through it.

Dr. Kim was so gentle and kind with both my mom and I as well as our dear cat Sonny. She offered helpful explanations throughout the process, helping me to assess his situation that provided me a comfort in the decision. Throughout the process she was attentive so that Sonny was comfortable and left this life peacefully with his people by his side. I highly recommend her for professionalism and her gentle demeanor with us. She followed up with thoughtful words several days later that meant a great deal. Dr. Kim loves animals and uses her expertise to assist at a difficult time for all. She was a blessing to us and agreed to come on very short notice so our baby did not suffer.

Dr Kim was so accommodating! Our Baby was so sick and really needed the help of Dr. Kim. It was a holiday and she came right away.🙏🏻. She was so kind and patient with us. I have told many people that when the time comes for your pet, this is the only way to go. She also reassured me that I was making the best decision for my Baby, which is what I needed to hear.

Our family is so grateful to Dr Kim for coming to our home to help us say goodbye to our beloved Aldo. We could not bear the thought of taking him to a clinic for our final moments together. Dr Kim was wonderful throughout the time she spent with us and afterwards. I can’t thank Dr. Kim Bagnoni enough for the incredible care she showed during Toby’s at-home euthanasia! She truly made a terrible situation, along with all the strong emotions involved, just a little more bearable, which honestly is everything you could hope for during such a hard time. Throughout the entire time she was in my home, she was so patient, gentle, and compassionate, and never made me feel rushed. She went the extra mile by checking in on me several times afterward and even gave me Toby’s paw prints in ink, a sweet little ornament of his paw prints to remember him by, and a handwritten card. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone caring and compassionate for their pets!
