Dr. Kim could not have been more kind, professional and empathetic. I believe she truly understands how hard it was on us and she really helped us through it!

My partner and I felt like Rosa was leaving us in great comfort and peace. We are still so sad, but knowing she is no longer suffering brings our hearts warmth.
They get no better than Dr. Kim Bagnoni. She was truly a blessing sent from God!

We could not bear the thought of taking him to a clinic for our final moments together. Dr Kim was wonderful throughout the time she spent with us and afterwards. I highly recommend Dr Kim to pet parents who want an unhurried, compassionate setting during one of life's most difficult decisions.

She spoke to us about the steps she was going to take beforehand so everyone involved could be prepared during the process. During a very emotional time, she made the day easier for us.

She wanted to be sure that I didn’t need her sooner and that I was comfortable with the decision that Euthenasia was the most loving option for my beloved boy Toby. 5.0Apr 19 2025 by Katie Davis Dr. Bagnoni was incredibly responsive and able to accommodate a same-day, in-home euthanasia for our 15-year-old dog, Zeus. She took the time to speak with us beforehand by phone, clearly explaining the process and what to expect.
When she arrived, she performed a gentle initial exam, and together we recognized that it was truly Zeus’s time. She walked us through each step in person and thoughtfully answered our 5-year-old son’s questions in a way he could understand.
Throughout the entire visit, she was calm, patient, and deeply respectful. Nothing felt rushed. The process was peaceful and free of stress for Zeus, which meant everything to us.
We chose cremation, and the turnaround was quick. Dr. Bagnoni provided a beautiful urn, a clay paw print, fur clippings, and ink impressions of Zeus’s paw and nose; keepsakes we will treasure.
Her professionalism, compassion, and gentle presence gave us comfort during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. We are grateful that Zeus’s final moments were handled with such dignity and care.
I highly recommend Dr. Bagnoni. She is a truly compassionate professional.

She truly made a terrible situation, along with all the strong emotions involved, just a little more bearable, which honestly is everything you could hope for during such a hard time. Throughout the entire time she was in my home, she was so patient, gentle, and compassionate, and never made me feel rushed. She went the extra mile by checking in on me several times afterward and even gave me Toby’s paw prints in ink, a sweet little ornament of his paw prints to remember him by, and a handwritten card. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone caring and compassionate for their pets!

She offered helpful explanations throughout the process, helping me to assess his situation that provided me a comfort in the decision. Throughout the process she was attentive so that Sonny was comfortable and left this life peacefully with his people by his side. I highly recommend her for professionalism and her gentle demeanor with us. She followed up with thoughtful words several days later that meant a great deal. Dr. Kim loves animals and uses her expertise to assist at a difficult time for all. She was a blessing to us and agreed to come on very short notice so our baby did not suffer.
