She truly made a terrible situation, along with all the strong emotions involved, just a little more bearable, which honestly is everything you could hope for during such a hard time. Dr. Bagnoni was incredibly responsive and able to accommodate a same-day, in-home euthanasia for our 15-year-old dog, Zeus. She took the time to speak with us beforehand by phone, clearly explaining the process and what to expect. When she arrived, she performed a gentle initial exam, and together we recognized that it was truly Zeus’s time. She walked us through each step in person and thoughtfully answered our 5-year-old son’s questions in a way he could understand. Throughout the entire visit, she was calm, patient, and deeply respectful. Nothing felt rushed. The process was peaceful and free of stress for Zeus, which meant everything to us. We chose cremation, and the turnaround was quick. Dr. Bagnoni provided a beautiful urn, a clay paw print, fur clippings, and ink impressions of Zeus’s paw and nose; keepsakes we will treasure. Her professionalism, compassion, and gentle presence gave us comfort during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. We are grateful that Zeus’s final moments were handled with such dignity and care. I highly recommend Dr. Bagnoni. She is a truly compassionate professional.
Dr Kim was incredibly compassionate thought this entire process. She contacted me directly after the appointment was booked in order to check on my baby’s status . She wanted to be sure that I didn’t need her sooner and that I was comfortable with the decision that Euthenasia was the most loving option for my beloved boy Toby.
