Carrie R. from Masaryktown on Dr. Lisa Littlejohn: Dr. Littlejohn showed incredible empathy and gentleness when the time came to say goodbye. She treated our family with deep respect, and supported us through a difficult moment.

Dawn G. from Wesley Chapel on Dr. Lisa Littlejohn: We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our dog, Duke, at home. Dr. Littlejohn provided in-home euthanasia, and I can honestly say she helped carry us through one of the worst days of our lives. She was gentle, patient, and incredibly respectful of both Duke and our grief. She explained everything calmly, gave us all the time we needed, and never made us feel rushed. The way she handled Duke’s passing was full of dignity and care. It’s difficult to put this experience into words, but we are deeply grateful for her compassion. She made an unbearable moment feel as peaceful as it could possibly be.

Theresa M. from Spring Hill on Dr. Lisa Littlejohn: Dr Lisa Littlejohn was so kind and caring. She gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet JoJo and did not rush us. She was so gentle with him and wrapped him in beautiful blankets before he left us. I cannot thank her enough for the kindness she showed us that day.

Deborah M. from Land O' Lakes on Dr. Lisa Littlejohn: Dr. Lisa was so wonderful. She was patient with both of my cats. It was so nice to be able to stay at home and not jam my cat into a carrier and haul her into a vet’s office. It also allowed my other cat to see what was going on. I would recommend Dr. Lisa to anyone who has to face the end of a pet’s life.

Melissa V. from Inverness on Dr. Lisa Littlejohn: My 13 year old chocolate lab Molly, my carride, my boating, my pool swimming buddy, my everything, was ready to go to doggie heaven, it was a very hard decision being a former dog owner I have gone through this before, the horrible last car ride, the cold unfamiliar room at the vets where we say our final goodbyes that are quick due to the limited time the vet has. This goodbye although still very hard was very peaceful, 0 stress for Molly and I, we were able to enjoy our last moments together snuggled up in her bed with her enjoying chewing on bone in the privacy of our own home, and this was all made possible by Dr. Lisa Littlejohn performing in home euthanasia, she was absolutely the most caring compassionate person ever, she turned what is the most heartbreaking situation into the most wonderful last minutes of Molly's time her on earth. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Lisa Littlejohn and her services, I would highly recommend her and this service

Michael J. from Hernando Beach on Dr. Lisa Littlejohn: Dr. Lisa Littlejohn was exceptional in her caring professionalism towards my wife and me as a grieving family, and in her gentle, compassionate handling of our beloved Buster. We were devastated by the unexpected and sudden decline of Buster's condition. Dr. Littlejohn moved her schedule around on short notice to see Buster early, resulting in a dignified and peaceful passing of my best friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Lisa Littlejohn understands how deeply your pet is woven into your family’s life and is dedicated to providing compassionate, peaceful end-of-life care at home. Growing up surrounded by animals, she knew from a young age that her life’s purpose was to care for them. After earning her veterinary degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010, she spent many years helping pets live happy, healthy lives. Over time, she discovered that one of the most profound gifts she could offer was a gentle, dignified passing in the comfort of home, surrounded by love. For Dr. Littlejohn, veterinary medicine has always been about more than just medicine—it’s about honoring the bond between people and their pets. She believes that saying goodbye should be met with the same compassion and kindness that carried pets through their lives. Her goal is to ease your pet’s transition with empathy and care while providing support and comfort to your entire family during this difficult time. Outside of her work, Dr. Littlejohn enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and making memories with family and friends. She shares her home with Colby, a spirited British yellow lab who reminds her every day of the special connection we share with our pets. Whether on long walks or simply enjoying a quiet moment together, Colby is a constant source of joy and inspiration.
