Meet Dr. Delia, a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian specializing in in-home pet euthanasia services. Growing up in coastal Mendocino County, Dr. Delia spent her childhood riding horses through redwoods and along Northern California beaches, surrounded by a menagerie of animals including horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and the occasional goat. Her deep connection with animals and the solace they provide has been a lifelong guiding force. Dr. Delia earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University in 2012. Her first job out of vet school was in mixed animal medicine in the mountains of Colorado, where she discovered her passion for providing mobile veterinary services and working closely with both animals and their owners. In 2015, Dr. Delia opened her own integrative veterinary clinic in Prescott, Arizona, offering both Western and Eastern veterinary services. She has a particular affinity for working with geriatric patients and completed veterinary acupuncture training to provide additional options for pain relief and increased mobility. This dedication to her geriatric patients led Dr.Delia to advanced training and specializing in in-home euthanasia services. She believes facilitating a peaceful passing - surrounded by loved ones - is the final gift that she gives her patients and their people.
