Why I provide at-home pet euthanasia
Becoming a veterinarian was a lifelong dream. I have always felt solace around animals. I understood as a child that animals are amazing - not because they are like us - but because they are like themselves. I am deeply committed to helping people understand what their beloved pet is experiencing and when (and how) to say goodbye. I feel called to do this work - to stand next to people as they navigate the beautiful heartache that comes from loving creatures we outlive. I see the best of people every day - as they break their hearts and heal their hearts. I am motivated by the love I see - the tenderness - the mercy.

Dr Delia Gregory-Macdonald was everything we could have hoped for and so much more!! Being able to transition our boy Jaxx (a rottweiler), over the Rainbow Bridge, here at home, was beautiful and comfortable experience for all of us. It is a decision I'm extremely happy we made since Jaxx weighed atleast 115 lbs. It turns out his leg had broke (hours prior) due to the cancer. Cancer SUCKS!

Dr. Delia Gregory-Macdonald is an angel on Earth. The time came to put down our 13 year old family dog. I wanted this to be done in the familiar comfort of our home. Dr Delia came to our house shortly after I reached out. She was kind and compassionate and made Mia’s transition calm, pain free and peaceful. She is an amazing human and is excellent at what she does. I am so grateful. Thank you so much Dr Delia.
Dr. Delia was amazing during this really sad time for us. Having to put down our sweet doggie Callie after 16 years, was so difficult. Dr. Delia was kind and compassionate. She explained everything and confirmed that we were doing the right thing. It was a blessing having her come to our home, which made it so much easier for all of us, especially Callie. She is was very considerate to our needs. I mentioned that my dog preferred to not be looked at, because that made her nervous. Delia listened, and made my dog feel safe and comfortable. She also explained things clearly to me and my son, so we were not scared or surprised by the process. I highly recommend her.
