Dr. Kimberly Campbell
Also serves: Reedsport, Bandon, +3 more
Dr. Kimberly Campbell earned both her undergraduate degree (2009) and her DVM (2013) from Texas A&M University. Originally from Washington, she made her way to the Oregon Coast to be close to family and has practiced in Oregon since graduating from veterinary school. Today, she serves pet families along the southern Oregon coast, including Reedsport, Lakeside, North Bend, and Coos Bay. For Dr. Campbell, helping families through the loss of a beloved pet is the most meaningful work a veterinarian can do. She believes that saying goodbye to a pet who has become part of the family is one of life's most difficult moments, and also the last kind thing a family can offer them. Guiding pet owners through that heartbreaking time with compassion and dignity is, in her view, the greatest kindness a veterinarian can provide. Outside of work, Dr. Campbell shares her home with her husband and their two mixed-breed dogs, sisters named Boop and Pop, who have way too much hair and some genuinely fantastic facial whiskers. When she isn't helping people and pets, she enjoys cooking and baking, gardening, and hiking along the Oregon coast with her husband and dogs.
