Putting my soul cat, Snuggie, to sleep was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I live alone, my family is out of state, and I was terrified of facing that moment without the people I love physically there with me. From the second Dr. Briell Dzierga walked into my apartment, she felt less like a veterinarian and more like a personal friend who had come to help me through the worst day of my life. She cried with me. She laughed with me as I shared stories about Snuggie. She hugged me. She gave me time alone with my baby whenever I needed it. She let me keep my mom on FaceTime throughout the entire process so she could be there with us too. She also helped me understand how to include my kitten in the process so she could see and understand that Snuggie was no longer with us. That was something I never would have known how to navigate on my own, and I am so grateful she thought about not only me and Snuggie, but her too. Dr. Dzierga explained everything as we went and moved at our pace. Nothing felt clinical. Nothing felt rushed. She took pictures of me with Snuggie that I will treasure forever. She even helped me get my baby's paw print on my ink pad so I could have that keepsake. She shared her expertise, but she also shared her own understanding of grief and loss in a way that made me feel so much less alone. I truly do not know how I would have gotten through that day without her. Afterward, she sent me the kindest, most personal card. It was so specific to me and Snuggie that I knew she had genuinely been listening to every story and memory I shared with her in between sobbing. I can barely read it without crying, but I will keep it forever. There are some people you meet during the worst moments of your life who you will never forget. Dr. Briell Dzierga is one of those people for me. She is an angel, and I will never not recommend her. Thank you, Dr. Dzierga, for giving Snuggie such a peaceful goodbye and for taking care of me with so much compassion while I said goodbye to my best friend. I will be forever grateful for you.

Was one of the hardest days of my life and Dr. John made it somewhat easier. Was not pushy. Gave me and my kids plenty of time to say our goodbyes and grieve how we wanted. He allowed our dog to pass quietly while eating hamburgers at home without any stress.

Karen was absolutely amazing with my family in helping our cat pass peacefully in our own home. She walked us through everything and helped ease my son's mind. I would absolutely recommend this service and Karen to anyone!

Dr. Dewitt was beyond compassionate and caring. She explained everything and did everything she could to make the process as easy as possible for our little Lacey and us. Unless your pet loves going to the vet, which is unusual, it is just so much easier on them to have someone come to your home where they feel comfortable. I Just cannot say enough good things about the company and especially Dr. Dewitt. She was an angel. Thank you so much.

Dr Morris was just what our family needed. It was time for our sweet old man to say goodbye and she was there for us every step of the way. Her response time and communication was a step above. I hope you don’t need her services anytime soon but she will be there with kindness when you do.

Saying goodbye to a cherished pet is one of the hardest things we will ever face, but having Dr. Christina by our side during Lily’s final moments was a true blessing. From the very first moment she arrived, she approached our family and our beloved Lily with the grace, gentleness, and compassion of an angel. Dr. Christina is genuinely sweet, deeply caring, and profoundly understanding. She moved at a peaceful, unhurried pace, ensuring Lily was entirely comfortable and that we felt supported every step of the way. Her tender presence brought an immense sense of peace to a heartbreaking day. We are endlessly grateful for her kindness and the beautiful, gentle way she helped Lily cross the rainbow bridge.

No one ever wants to be in the position of saying goodbye to a beloved pet. But if you are, I highly recommend Dr. Magnotta's services. She came out to our house to help us with our elderly cat's passing. My young children really wanted to be there with us, so I appreciated the gentle way she explained everything to them, so that they knew what to expect and weren't scared. My younger son was initially nervous and accidentally knocked over a container of thumbtacks, and she immediately jumped down to her hands and knees to help me clean them up. She talked us through everything she was doing, laughed with us over our stories of our cat's antics, gave us some privacy to say goodbye, and helped us preserve the physical memory of our friend through both a small fur clipping and some cards with his paw print. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her kindness and care. If you have to be in that terrible position, her help really makes the difference in making it as peaceful an event as possible.

Dr. Valentino and Codapet made a difficult circumstance so much easier for us. She was very supportive and listened to our concerns with care. Having our dog pass at home was the right decision and she was the best!

Although this is never an experienced any of us want to endure, it is a responsibility for us to give to make sure we make the tough decision to ensure a member of our family receives the best possible experience. As well as ensuring we the family are given the support and reassurance that what is happening is the right thing. Dr. Keri was calm, caring and respectful of not only us, but our beloved family member that cross the rainbow bridge. I would highly recommend her and my family and I thank her so much for helping us through this difficult time.

I cannot say enough about the compassion, empathy, and genuine kindness Elizabeth showed us during one of the most heartbreaking moments—saying goodbye to our beloved Bessy. From the moment she arrived, Elizabeth brought such a calm, gentle presence. She treated Bessy with incredible tenderness, dignity, and respect, while also giving us the time, space, and reassurance we needed to say goodbye in our own way. Nothing ever felt rushed or clinical. Instead, Elizabeth made an incredibly painful experience feel peaceful, personal, and filled with love. What touched us most was the way she cared not only for Bessy, but for us as well. Her empathy was genuine, her words were comforting, and every interaction reflected how deeply she understands the bond we share with our animals and how devastating it is to let them go. There is no easy way to say goodbye to a cherished companion, but Elizabeth gave Bessy the peaceful and dignified farewell she deserved. Knowing that Bessy's final moments were surrounded by love, comfort, and such compassionate care means more to us than words can fully express. We will always be grateful to Elizabeth for the kindness she showed Bessy and our family on such a difficult day. It takes a truly special person to do this work with such grace, respect, and heart, and Elizabeth is exactly that. Thank you, Elizabeth, for helping us give our sweet Bessy one final gift—a peaceful goodbye surrounded by love. We will never forget your kindness.

Dr. Deborah Perzak was so loving, compassionate and kind to not only to my precious Moose but to me and my brother who came to be with me. Moose passed so peacefully and seconds before he took his last breath his tail wagged. That gave me comfort knowing he was crossing Rainbow Bridge. My heart is broken but I know I will see my boy again. I highly recommend.

I am unbelievably grateful for the loving send-off that CodaPet and Dr. Kathryn Hart gave my sweet 14-year-old cat who was in kidney failure. He was skittish for the entire 10 years I had him, and bringing him to the vet for euthanasia, with the sounds and bright lights, would have been a nightmare for all of us. At-home pet euthanasia was the most compassionate gift I could give him, and Dr. Hart made the experience as comfortable as possible. She was there as a guide, but otherwise sat quietly and unobtrusively while we said goodbye. I also wanted to give my other pets the opportunity to view/smell him before he was taken away, and we were given ample opportunity to do that, without feeling rushed. I'm so grateful for the experience and will absolutely be using CodaPet again (although hopefully not for a very long time!).

Dr. Ann Gonnering was exactly what we needed in this incredibly difficult time. Her aura was soft and warm, and she gave us the opportunity to let our beautiful girl go with so much love. I was able to ask any questions, even ones that were dumb and probably some more existential than her role required. She gave me her best responses and reminded me when needed that this was an impossible decision for us, and the fact that we made it just highlighted the love we had for our girl. Though I hate that I will have to in the future, I will always choose CodaPet and specifically request Dr. Gonnering in the future.

Dr. Whala of CodaPet was an absolute professional. She was kind, caring, and empathetic. She comforted me and my fur son Rocko throughout the process. Furthermore, she was patient with my family in our difficult time. She brought a sense of calm amidst our chaotic frenzy of emotions. Because of her Rocko was freed of his earthly bodies limitations and his dignity was preserved. I am grateful for her answering the call in our time of need. May Rocko forever rest in peace.

My wife and I want to express our most sincere gratitude for your caring and most professional attention to Ida. The decision to euthanize a most loved pet of fifteen plus years is most difficult but made so much easier by the in-home loving care that you provided. You are most appreciated. Thank you!
