Could not ask for a more calm,peaceful way for our Torunn to go to doggy heaven. Dr Cassandra was amazing. Our beloved family pet had to say her goodbye and I’m thankful to have found her to do at home euthanizing. My family has put down a dog before in the past at the vet which was not a great experience. Bright lights, outdated room, dog visibly uncomfortable. With codapet this was completely opposite. Dr Cassandra was very reassuring of my familys decision and made sure there was no doubts in our hearts . I’ve been telling everyone I know about this bc I won’t do it any other way from now on

I had to say goodbye to my best friend, Rocco just ten days short of his 17th birthday. I scheduled the appointment online and Dr. Christine came that same day. She was so compassionate and it takes a very big heart to be able to have a job like this. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful experience for my boy and for me. I was referred to CodaPet for in-home pet euthanasia when my 16 year old dog Ellie quickly declined. A trip to the vet would have just too much for her, she had become extremely anxious and was in distress. I could see in her eyes, the way she looked at me, that she was tired and ready to go. Even though I knew the day was eventually coming, it is still so hard to let our pets go. In my heart I know it was the ultimate gift of love I could ever show her - she is now in a better place running and jumping pain free. When I called CodaPet, the woman who answered the phone was very compassionate and understanding. Dr. Loughmiller arrived within a few hours and she carefully explained the process and proceeded only when she knew Ellie and I were ready. She treated Ellie with dignity, and her kindness, care and compassion made the whole experience the best it could possibly be. This is a necessary part of being a loving pet owner. Our sweet Bucky, a yellow lab, was a gentle soul with a huge heart and had eyes that gave away everything he was thinking. He got sick and within three weeks had lost most of his muscle mass and his appetite. We knew it was time after one long walk around the yard once more. We did not want to lose him somewhere else than home, where we could say goodbye to each other in a safe place where Bucky and was relaxed and comfortable. Dr Murray was very kind. He explained with compassion what this would look like and followed our lead with timing and letting the whole family say goodbye for as long as we needed to. I think he would have stayed all day if we needed it. This took me a bit to write because we miss Buckwheat terribly. But being responsible pet owners means making very tough decisions but Dr Murray really made a difference in such a sad day. I would absolutely recommend Dr Murray to anyone facing this tough time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. McWreath and the compassionate care she provided as we said goodbye to our beloved dog, Remi. This was one of the hardest days our family has ever experienced, but from the moment she arrived, Dr. McWreath treated Remi with incredible kindness, dignity, and respect. She took her time, explained every step of the process, and never made us feel rushed. Her calm, gentle presence brought a sense of peace during such a heartbreaking moment. I used CodaPet for at home euthanasia for my beloved cat, Soda, who unfortunately became real sick with cancer. Dr. John Murray arrived & gave my partner & I plenty of time to say our final goodbyes. He was very kind and let me hold her in my arms for the euthanasia. It was such a pleasant experience and I'm grateful my girl was able to pass away peacefully in my arms, and inside the comfort of her home for the last 8 years. Dr. Murray walked us thru each step of the process & was extremely caring along the way. Once Soda was pronounced deceased, he took her away in a nice basket with blankets and was able to make & give me her pawprint & nose prints before he left. This service was a blessing to my daughter and I as well as our sweet dog in a very delicate time of need. It's well worth every penny spent and then some. There is not enough words to describe the amazingness of Dr Sarah Clem. She made a incrediably difficult time easier. She walked in and immediately began interacting with both my dogs and treating them like they were family. She allowed me to take my time as I said goodbye to my doggie, answered every question I had without judgement, and made this process as good as it could possibly. I wish no pet parent ever has to be in this position, but if it comes to it, you could not be in better hands than in Dr Clems.
