Dr. Ann Gonnering was very gentle and patient throughout the whole process. She made sure that we were ready at each step and gave us the time and space to be with our dog, Snowball, during his final moments. As difficult as this was for my family, I believe this was the most comfortable way to ease Snowball’s pain. Thank you Dr. Gonnering for your care and kindness.

Dr. Campbell was so kind to us and our beloved dog, Samwise. This was one of the hardest days of our lives, to have to say goodbye to the most amazing friend. Dr. Campbell spent about an hour with us, letting us have the time to say goodbye both before, and after he was gone. She took him to the funeral home for cremation and made sure we knew where he would be and when we could pick him up. This was such a hard decision to make to let him go. Having a caring person come to the house so he could watch the neighborhood and birds from his favorite spot on the porch was priceless.

Our 15 year old sweet girl declined very quickly, we can’t say how much we appreciate how gentle her ending was. To say she was one of the family was an understatement to how much she meant to us. Dr. Meadows responded very quickly to our urgent request and kindly came out at 8pm. We were able to have her pass peacefully in our arms surrounded by her loving family instead of scared at emergency vets office. He was very gentle and explained everything.

Beyond grateful for Dr. Ramos. The kindness, compassion, and empathy she showed to my family as we navigated the difficult decision to help our sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge was more than I can put into words. She answered every question, explained the process, and allowed us time to hold and love on our girl one last time. Dr. Ramos truly went above and beyond. We truly are so very grateful for everything she did for us. This was our first doing in-home euthanasia, and CodaPet made it such a smooth, seamless process. I was able to do everything using my phone, and no calls were necessary, which gave me the opportunity to continue to be present for our dog in her final hours.

Choosing in-home pet euthanasia was the hardest decision we’ve ever made, but it was also the greatest gift we could have given him. Because of Dr. Brittany, Kazoo spent his final moments where he felt safest—at home, surrounded by the people who loved him most. There was no fear, no rushing, just peace, dignity, and so much compassion. Dr. Brittany treated Kazoo as if he were her own. She explained everything with kindness, gave us all the time we needed, and created an environment where we could simply love him through his final moments. We will never forget the gentleness she showed our family during one of the hardest days of our lives. If you’re struggling with the decision of in-home pet euthanasia, please know that while it will never be easy, Dr. Brittany made an unbearable day as peaceful and loving as it possibly could be. We are forever grateful that Kazoo’s last memories were filled with comfort, familiar faces, and love.

Dr. Bates helped my best friend say goodbye to her cat and I was amazed at how great she was. When my cat started to decline from end stage kidney failure, I contacted CodaPet and saw Dr. Bates was available. Thank goodness: I could assure my husband that his beloved soul kitty was in good hands. She is a perfect balance between professional expertise and caring intuition. She explains every step and what to expect. She did everything possible to give Beau the gentle "good death" he deserved, and our family the compassion we needed. Knowing Beau was safe at home, in his favorite spot, warm and quiet, helped us immensely in our grief at losing him.

We chose in-home pet euthanasia for our 16 year old dog who had end-stage kidney disease. Dr. Gonnering was responsive quickly and was a lovely presence to help us understand what would happen. It was a peaceful experience enabling our family including our other dog to be together in this final moment. We are so sad but so grateful that we could avoid the stress of taking our beloved dog to the vet and could be together at home to say goodbye. Dr. Magnotta was an angel. She was so sweet and comforting to us and our sweet boy. It was so much better to have this important member of our family pass peacefully in my arms , in our home where he was most comfortable rather than in a hospital. We were able to hold him for as much time as we wanted to say our goodbyes. The grief is excruciating but this was the best for all of us.

I’m so grateful a friend recommended in-home pet euthanasia to me. Roo was terrified of the vet, and I couldn’t bear the thought of her spending her final moments frightened and anxious. Instead, she was able to rest peacefully on our back patio, looking out at her favorite view with the squirrels she loved nearby. It made all the difference and gave us a calm, loving place to say goodbye. I can’t thank Dr. Dykstra enough for making such a difficult day as peaceful and compassionate as possible.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Bean other than he was an angel sent to us in our time of need. The experience was both sad and happy. Sad we were losing our baby but happy that she went so peacefully. Dr. Bean was absolutely wonderful in everything he did for us and our baby. I just can’t say enough how much care he took in our time of need making her passing so gentle and loving. I wish I could give him 100 stars. ❤️

We greatly appreciated the phone call a few hours before the appointment; she was professional and friendly. At the appointment, she was prompt and courteous, talked to everyone there, including our dog. She kept her voice quiet and talked us through everything we needed to know. It was very quick, completely painless for our dog, and she quietly left while we grieved. I felt a tug to be a more polite host and encourage her to stay, but in the end, I was grateful for her quiet exit so we wouldn't have to put on a brave face. In a moment that is the hardest, she made it as easy, smooth, and peaceful as possible. We're grateful to this service - being able to say goodbye at home was priceless - and deeply grateful to Dr. Dixon.
