Verified Veterinarian
I have loved animals from the time I can remember and pursuing veterinary medicine meant that I got to spend every day with the animals I love and helping them from all avenues. In my many years as a veterinarian, I deeply understand the challenges of treating critically ill patients and the nuances of end-of-life care. I am honored to help pets pass away peacefully in the comfort of their home and with their loving family at their side.

Dr. Gardhouse was so sympathetic and patient during the process and I would highly recommend her when having to make the hard decision to say bye to a furry family member.
Dr. Sarah gave us pre-visit medicine to help my anxious dog the night before he crossed the rainbow bridge. Very compassionate and calming.
Dr. Sara Gardhouse provided exceptional compassion and care during one of the hardest moments of my life. She came to my home to help my sweet cat, Abby, peacefully end her long decline in health. Dr. Gardhouse was gentle, respectful, and incredibly kind to both of us. Her presence brought comfort and dignity to a heartbreaking experience. I am deeply grateful for her support.
Dr. Gardhouse is one of the most caring veterinarians I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to support us during this difficult time, and she genuinely cares for both the pets and their families. I would recommend her to anyone that wants nothing but the best for their little loved ones. She is truly exceptional, and genuinely suited for one of the most difficult jobs there is. Thank you, Dr. Gardhouse!
Dr Gardhouse was very respectful and loving. She made the whole process of sending our 16 year old Boo across the rainbow bridge easier. Highly recommend.
On 07/29/2025, our 14-year-old Goldendoodle, Teddy, passed away peacefully. Dr. Gardhouse was very compassionate. When she arrived, she started to rub Teddy's paw. The thing is that Teddy never liked his paws rubbed, but in this case, it soothed him. Dr. Gardhouse explained the procedure well and answered our questions. She gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, and nothing was rushed. We will miss him dearly, but Dr. Gardhouse made the process so much better. We are so glad we did it at home. Also, compared to other services, the price for the service was way more reasonable. I highly recommend using CodaPet. John D.
