Truly was our patron saint during a difficult and emotional process. She exudes kindness, sincerity and gentleness. Her guidance through the process was critical to us and our beloved Tess. We can not be thankful enough to her.

Charlie loved everyone she ever met, she thought she was an 80 lb lap dog at times, and loved long walks around the neighborhood. She loved her Charlie time with her Poppa and will be forever loved and dearly missed.

Dr. Kristina was absolutely incredible. We needed to say goodbye to our handsome boy of 18 years, and it was honestly the hardest day of my life. We wanted to do it at home to make things easy on him and us. Dr. Kristina was compassionate, caring, and handled our cat's needs as though he were her own. Her bedside was amazing, and she explained every step of the way to us so we knew what to expect and how he would be feeling. She even gave us time to let the other 2 cats say goodbye. Dr. Kristina Pugh, the Vet from CodaPet, was very kind in helping us with in-home pet euthanasia for our 16 year old kitty, Josie. She was warm, thoughtful and easy going. She helped us understand the process and helped us to help our other pets see the kitty after she passed away so they knew she was gone. It is such a difficult decision to make, but Dr. Pugh made it more comfortable.

DR Kristina is amazing, we have had a few at home services and by far we felt the most connected to her and her compassionate ways. DR K was thorough and respectful at the same time. Our girl wasn’t great at car rides at the end of her life and was terrified of the vet. She would get so worked up and we just knew we didn’t want her last moments to be scary. So when the day came where her life wasn’t quality, we knew we wanted to have in-home euthanasia done. After contacting several local companies, we were relieved to find CodaPet and even more relieved to have Dr. Kristina be available within a few hours. She was an amazing comfort in such a sad time and explained everything. She loved on our girl before even sitting down, and complimented her over and over. When the time came, she was respectful, gave us time and space and listened as we told stories about our girl. It is slightly more expensive than the vets office, but it was 100% the right choice for our baby.

Dr. Kristina Pugh was exactly what we needed her to be in what was one of our darkest hours. She was gentle, didnt try to distract us with small talk, explained everything calmly and fully. She was so assured and calm that it made us feel all that much better. She had the strength we needed to pull through for our daughter. We had two other dogs with us and they were able to be there for their sisters passing. Dr. Kristina was able to explain all the signs to watch out for and what could be expected from our other dogs not just through the process but over the next few weeks as we grieve. Some of it I expected and other things I learned for the first time and was glad that someone had told me so i could better care for my surviving sons. Having the other dogs with her and ti smell her at the end, that was the most important thing to us. The second most important thing was to not give our dog extra stress. Her final moments were pain free for the first time in months, being held by her family in her own bed and with her brothers by her side. That to me is priceless and why we chose Codapet, and they are lucky to have Dr. Kristina work with them.

Dr. Kristina Pugh came to us on one of our worst days when it was time to put our first beloved pet to sleep. We made our in-home pet euthanasia appointment the day before and from the time of booking, Dr. Kristina was empathetic and responsive and let us know we could chat about quality of life or a more urgent appointment if needed.
