Dr. Alexander was very sweet and respectful. She took care of our old man dog, gave him some treats to distract him, and carefully took him away. Highly recommend if you need to say goodbye to one of your fur babies.
Dr. Alexander was incredible. In such a sad situation, she was calm, kind, knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and communicative. I’m very grateful to have had her managing such a difficult experience for my family and me.
Dr. Alexander was very communicative to ensure timing was as expected. When she arrived, she kindly talked us through the process and helped us be comfortable as we said goodbye to Molly. She allowed us time to spend some final moments with Molly before we said goodbye.
Dr Alexander was the perfect combination of caring and giving us our space to deal with our feelings. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
This was the hardest thing we have ever had to do but Dr. Alexander was calm and comforting. She was super professional and explained the process and let us take our time saying goodbye.
She was very compassionate and thoughtful… with a great deal of respect and care for our pet. My daughter was engaged in the procedure and the doctor explained each step with patience and sympathy. Strongly recommend her for anyone wanting in home care.
