Verified Veterinarian
I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a veterinarian and consider myself blessed to work in this field. I have a deep appreciation for the peaceful gift that in home euthanasia can provide to a pet and their family. When it comes time for the good Lord to call me home, I hope it is in the place I feel most comfortable, surrounded by the ones I love the most. It is my goal to ensure that the last thing your pet knows is the immense love and care you have provided them until the very end.

So, so nice and caring. She was patient with us and made the situation a whole lot better than it usually is. Willow liked her too and didn’t think anything bad was happening, and willow didn’t usually like vets touching her. Highly recommended, we never realized this service existed but will never do it any other way in the future. To bad we had to meet Coleen under these circumstances, she was super.
We are so grateful for Dr. Colleen Meuse coming to our home for in home euthanasia. She was focused on our Taz, his comfort, and holding space for his transition with minimal stress. He was in his own space, outside with all the sounds and smells he so loved.
Dr. Colleen Meuse was so compassionate, she helped my best friend of 13 years, our children’s protector, pass in peace surrounded by his family. I cannot recommend her enough. This decision is impossibly hard to make, but it’s what we owe to the ones who love us the most. Koyo was able to have one last good day before we said goodbye, it was a blessing to have Dr. Colleen help us end his pain.
I highly recommend CodaPet, and Dr. Colleen Meuse. A complex process made simple. Online scheduling was easy and accommodating for my families needs. Dr. Meuse followed up with text/email through the entire process. She was gentle & loving with our cat. We are forever grateful for her compassion care and service.
Losing our dog was incredibly hard, but having Dr. Colleen Meuse come to us made it feel a little more peaceful and personal. She was so gentle and kind from the moment she arrived. She took the time to explain everything in a way that felt calm and easy to understand, and we never felt rushed at all. She performed the procedure outside, which allowed our dog to stay in a familiar place where he was comfortable, and that meant a lot to us. She gave us the space we needed, answered all our questions, and made sure our dog was comfortable the entire time. Because of her, he was able to pass quietly and without fear, surrounded by the people who loved him. We’re grateful for the care and compassion she showed us during such a difficult moment.
I cannot thank Dr. Colleen Meuse enough for ensuring a peaceful goodbye to my perfect baby: my fluffy 13yo cat Daniella. I had never made the tough decision to euthanize before as Daniella was my first cat as an adult. Dr. Meuse comforted us both and didn’t rush the process, checking in with me at every step. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but Dr. Meuse reassured me that cuddling my kitty in my arms at home was the most peaceful way for her to pass away. Dr. Colleen Meuse helped me swaddle my kitty into a blanket and place her in a basket in her car and then she took her directly to the crematorium. I am forever grateful.
