Emily was super responsive. We had a plan for Wednesday evening and our pet took a turn for the worse Monday night/ early Tuesday morning. Saying goodbye to our pets is difficult. Going into an office always created anxiety for my dog. Saying goodbye in his home set him at ease. Dr. Courtney made this decision & experience a little easier. She was very professional yet empathetic. She ensured there would be no rush & there wasn't. I would highly recommend Dr. Courtney.

Courtney White is a veterinarian who truly cares about all living beings, including pets and non-pets, and works daytime caring for rescued animals. I am thankful that she was available the very evening after a catastrophic setback experienced by my cat that morning. Three months later, I happen to see her at the rescue place, and she remembered (I don't know how many she services) my cat's passage. I was impressed. I have recommended her service to others who have older pets -- knowledge is good, for "just in case." I of course miss my cat but it is nice to have a sense of reassurance that she went peacefully.

Dr. Courtney was a light, during our darkness. She made our worst day, easier to bear. She was so very compassionate, patient & kind. She knew just what to say and was so very gentle with our little girl, Zoey. When going through the heartbreak of losing a beloved pet, it was nice to have someone who understood that grief. Dr. White was very kind, compassionate, professional, and accommodating. She contacted me shortly after scheduling to confirm the appointment and offer an earlier visit, which was greatly appreciated. When she arrived, she explained the process and treated us with great respect. The following week, Dr. White reached out again to arrange to have my pet's remains picked up. She was, again, accommodating and prompt with the transfer. Losing a pet is very painful, but allowing your pet to pass in the comfort and safety of their own home was a great relief, and Dr. White's kindness and understanding helped make the passing a little less painful. I could not have asked for a more calm and respectful transition.

Firstly I wish I could give Dr.White and the staff at Codapet 30 stars!!! It was above and beyond all my past experiences. My companion of 19 years had a beautiful peaceful passing. I couldn't ask for a better experience given the circumstances. Dr. White has a calming and peaceful presence. She is a beautiful human being. I really can't say enough...my very humble gratitude. Thank you it was the most difficult decision of my life. Again thank you...Dr.White and the office staff who really helped calm me down. I truly believe people are placed in your life for a reason. This time, we were given an angel to help us through one of the most difficult moments—letting go of our girl Chi after 15 wonderful years. The entire process exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!! Courtney was compassionate, and spent a lot of time on the floor with my wife and I holding and petting our dog. She explained the whole process, and how everything was going to go. I will definitely use her in the future if she’s still in business. Thanks again Courtney for making such a difficult time/decision for us that much easier. I’m glad to see Bella crossed the rainbow bridge while in the comfort of her own dog bed, in front of the lit fireplace. She was extremely content and under zero stress. I wouldn’t have done it any other way.

Chloe was the perfect dog (for me). To lose her is heartbreaking. Without ever meeting Dr Courtney White, I felt an immediate connection. She was very intuitive, helping us navigate a very personal and difficult decision. Chloe had become extremely anxious and confused lately, my biggest concern was that she not experience more of that. Dr. Courtney saw to it! My sweet little dag died very peas fully in my arms.

Coming to terms with the end of your pet's life can bring lots of emotions and distress. Dr. Courtney White was an incredibly calming presence and walked us through step by step how the procedure would go, what to expect and allowed us to ask questions. She was also super patient and respectful while we were saying our last goodbyes to my dog Petey. She allowed us space and time to mourn before and after and took great care of my dog in transport. She left us with a healing stone as well which was quite a touching gesture. She was very professional, had clear communications, and offered lots of flexible options for receiving my dog's ashes back. I cannot thank her enough for giving me the ability to say goodbye to my life long pet in the comfort of our home.

Dr. White came over on the weekend and quite at the last minute when our sweet Clementine went downhill very suddenly and our regular vet was closed. Dr White was incredibly respectful and so, so caring as she helped our girl cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. White and Coda Pet made a horrible situation bearable and will forever be grateful for the care she gave to us and to our wonderful Clementine.
