Raised in the Santa Clarita Valley, she ventured away for college and graduate studies but returned to her roots to raise her own family and serve the communities of the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. Dr. Anschultz feels deeply honored to assist families in her cherished hometown with the sensitive process of saying goodbye to their beloved animal companions. Dr. Anschultz understands the profound bond between pets and their human families, and she is committed to ensuring a peaceful and dignified farewell for these cherished family members. Her extensive education, including a DVM degree from Western University, has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to provide a safe and beautiful experience not only for the pets but also for the families who have loved them for years. Beyond her veterinary work, Dr. Anschultz enjoys immersing herself in nature, playing with a diverse array of pets, and attending sporting events with her own family. She has a deep passion for travel, hiking, kayaking, and discovering new farmer's markets. Her own family shares their lives with a revolving door of furry, feathered, scaled, and slithering friends, including dogs, cats, parrots, and even giant tortoises. With over 13 years of experience in providing in-home euthanasia services, Dr. Marlene Anschultz is not only a caring veterinarian but also a dedicated educator who has trained over 50 other doctors in this compassionate field of veterinary medicine. She has spoken at conferences, hospitals, and venues across the country, reaching thousands of people with her knowledge and expertise in end-of-life care.
