Why I provide at-home pet euthanasia
I became a vet partly because I grew up on a ranch with a variety of animals and loved being able to help take care of them. I have wanted to be in this profession since I was five years old. I love spending time with my partner, pets, friends, and visiting all of the beautiful places in this world...especially in Colorado! Also love trail running and scuba diving.

There is nothing easy about letting our furry family members pass over the rainbow bridge, but our experience with Dr. Katie Simpson was the best we could imagine. She communicated with us in the days and hours before she arrived to administer at home euthanasia, so we knew what to expect. She was extraordinarily kind and patient as we went through our last minute doubts and did not rush us to a decision. Her bedside manner was gentle and we are very grateful for her skills and helping us give our beloved dog a serene passing.
Dr. Katie was so compassionate, caring and let us control the timing of saying goodbye to our beloved Gracie. She followed up with a personalized hand written card and you can tell she truly cares and made a difficult day a little more easy to deal with. Absolutely a kind souls is Dr Katie!!
Dr. Simpson was really great to work with. She understood the urgency of our need and came early in the morning even though she didn’t have any appointments available. She was very compassionate and calm and made this stressful situation much better.
It's always so hard to have to make this decision. The whole process was very well done. Dr. Simpson was amazing. Such a kind beautiful person. So thoughtful. Oh my goodness!! Words cannot express! She was so sweet and considerate and said all the right things at the right time!! Absolutely loved her every second! She loved on our sweet pup and loved on us! Ah-Maze-Ing!!!! Highly recommend this amazing person for anyone going through this tough time!
