Dr Chapman was exceptional. She is kind, thorough, creates a comfortable atmosphere, and comforted our family and other dogs. I have never experienced something so amazing. Our Molly passed comfortably and peacefully as the energy in the room was calm. I will always think of her and how great she made this for us. We couldn’t be more pleased and more accepting of the entire process. It was wonderful.

My husband and I wanted to thank Doctor Chapman for her professionalism and warmth throughout a very difficult time. Our Charley had been deteriorating quickly, and she evaluated him with enormous care and compassion. Throughout the process she showed much kindness and concern for both us and for him, and gave us the opportunity to say goodbye to him and bring his suffering to an end gently and with dignity. We appreciate everything she did and her care and concern throughout the process.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chapman. She was professional and empathetic. She allowed to me tell her about our friend, mama cat, which was nice because it helped me to process my emotions and she answered all of our questions thoroughly. Dr. Chapman has assisted two of our babies to cross the bridge, her compassion and care are outstanding. We will definitely have her come out for the other dogs when their time comes. The 'funeral home' that took care of the bodies were also great, the people treated our boys as if they were still alive, carefully loading them onto the gurney. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

We have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Chapman and our experience with CodaPet in Austin. We had to make a last minute decision for our dog who was suffering from aggressive cancer and not only was Dr. Chapman available to do this for us, but she was also willing to move up our appointment when we realized we needed it sooner than our original scheduled time. Dr. Chapman's communication was amazing from start to finish, communicating through texts up until she arrived (letting us know when to expect her and the cremation company). When she got to our home, she knocked quietly, which we found respectful. Her manner was calming and throughout the entire painful process, she was thorough, explained the process the entire time, made sure we understood what was going on, gave us time to say our goodbyes, and made everything as peaceful as she could. When everything was finished, she explained the next steps, followed up with texts after she left, and made sure that the cremation company (who I also highly recommend) followed up with instructions of their own. The whole process was seamless and as painless as it could be, considering. I would highly recommend Dr. Chapman and CodaPet if and when you're in need of this service.

Dr. Danielle Chapman came out, listened to what was going on, and confirmed what we feared. When the decision was made, she was reverent l during the process. His passing was peaceful and it was a relief to know he was no longer suffering. I recommend her for one of the toughest decisions you'll have to make.

We set up an appointment for my fur baby, Lord Pepe. Unfortunately, his health declined rapidly and we required an appointment sooner than what we had scheduled. We were already in distress. Yet, each interaction with the CodaPet Care Team. They were empathetic, had active listening skills and were overall phenomenal. When it was time to interact with Dr. Chapman, she was stellar. We were not sure what to expect. Dr. Chapman explained the process, understood what our fur baby means to us. We were not rushed and Lord Pepe was treated like royalty. That meant the world to us. We are extremely grateful she was available to assist us. We need more people as benevolent as Dr. Chapman. We were able to say our goodbyes in peace. Dr. Chapman even went above and beyond to acknowledge Lady Pepper, our Tortoiseshell. She ensured Lady Pepper had her time to also say her goodbye. In an already stressful and anguish situation, don't look further and reach out to the CodaPet Care Team and Dr. Chapman. We highly recommend them to assist you during a demise situation.

Immense gratitude to Dr. Danielle for helping guide our family and our children with so much compassion through a very vulnerable and difficult time. Our family dog was declining fast and suffering and she made it to our home at 8am after I requested the booking only 5 hours prior. Dr. Danielle helped us send our sweet boy, Kevin, over the rainbow bridge. She came to our home so that Kevin could be comfortable and resting in his bed for his last moments. I would recommend Dr. Danielle and her compassionate approach to in home euthanasia to anyone needing such a sad service.

Dr. Danielle Chapman was absolutely wonderful! As painful as it was for family members to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Dr. Chapman showed up during a same-day appt request with so much compassion and understanding for what we were going thru. She explained the full process while sincerely tending to our fur baby. Dr. Chapman gave us the privacy needed for us to grieve and bid our farewells, and the crematory service she works with - Fond Memories, was equally as caring and wonderful. During this difficult time, my family and I cannot express enough the sincere gratitude we have for CodaPet. It was the perfect service for providing our fur baby with the peace she deserved while crossing over the rainbow bridge. She was patient, kind, gentle, she answered our questions, and truly respected our beloved dog (in the short time she knew him) while he was living and after he passed. Being able to have Dr.Chapman come to our home for Kona was the best decision. Kona was very sick and taking her to the vet office would have just added more stress to her already stressful condition. As a family we were able to all be there and show out love and our other dog had time also to say goodbye. This is the process I will use going forward.

We were obviously devastated to say goodbye to our beloved Monty, but Dr. Danielle Chapman was so unbelievably compassionate, empathetic, and gentle. Monty was happy to have a guest, and she gave him so much love along with treats and a little medicine to relax him. We got a glimpse of him no longer in pain as she listened to his sweet little heart and let us know once he had passed. She gave us time to grieve by waiting at her car, which was adorned with flowers—making us feel like he was not only taken care of, but honored. There is nothing easy about having to say goodbye, but Dr. Chapman made it easier. She was exactly who we needed during a time of unbelievable sorrow, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
