Dr. Angela De Villa is a dedicated veterinarian who advocates for animal health and welfare, nurturing the profound bond between humans and their furry companions. Born and raised in the Philippines, her lifelong affinity for animals led her on a unique journey. She ventured to eastern Washington, where she pursued her undergraduate degree at Gonzaga University, thanks to a golf scholarship. Dr. De Villa's journey continued as she earned her DVM from Washington State University in 2022 and has since been practicing veterinary medicine in sunny San Diego. One of Dr. De Villa's core principles is the value of personalized attention through house calls, ensuring that pets and their families experience the utmost comfort and compassion. As a Fear-Free certified veterinarian, she prioritizes the well-being of pets during their most challenging moments, striving to make them as comfortable and pain-free as possible. Outside the veterinary realm, Dr. De Villa indulges in various interests, including golf, beach outings, travel adventures, fitness, culinary exploration, and quality time with loved ones. She shares her home with two cherished rescue pets: a gentle 12-year-old dog named Beaker and a spirited 1-year-old kitty named Churro, who, despite their differences, share a heartwarming bond.
