Angela was great. She came highly recommended by my vet. She gave great guidance beforehand. We were back and forth on whether my wife and I wanted the kids there. I understand that she runs a business but the customer service and empathy made the experience as good as it could be under the circumstances. Dr. De Villa was so kind and considerate and really helped us through a tough decision. But we do believe out kitty is in a better place and she helped us ensure he got there peacefully.
She was very flexible and was able to come to Vergils aid at earlier time than scheduled. She gave us time with our pup before she took him and was very caring. Very friendly and highly recommend her.

She listened carefully to Frankie's heart, and let us know when it stopped beating. She gave us some private moments, and returned with a basket and blankets.
