Born and raised amidst the lush landscapes of Seattle, Washington, Dr. Laura Krogman's journey into veterinary medicine is deeply intertwined with her love for nature and wildlife. Her academic pursuits led her to the University of Oregon for her undergraduate studies in environmental science, followed by a master's degree in Conservation Medicine at Tufts University. Driven by her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals, she completed her veterinary education at Washington State University, graduating in 2020. The loss of her beloved dog, Bear, ignited Dr. Krogman's mission to provide compassionate in-home euthanasia services. Drawing from her personal experience, she understands the profound emotional journey that families undergo when saying farewell to their cherished companions. Dr. Krogman is dedicated to offering families the support and comfort they need during this tender moment, ensuring a peaceful and dignified farewell for their beloved pets. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Krogman finds solace in the great outdoors, indulging in a myriad of activities such as gardening, hiking, skiing, camping, and traveling. Alongside her husband, she tends to a diverse array of vegetation on their 6-acre farm outside of Spokane, Washington, adding to the richness of their outdoor lifestyle. At home, Dr. Krogman is surrounded by the joyful presence of her two dogs, Ollie the Newfoundland and Millie the Havanese, along with four pigs and five chickens, all of whom embody her deep-rooted connection to animals and her unwavering commitment to their well-being.
