How do I balance him definitely being in arthritis pain and sundowning with otherwise okay days?
My dog definitely shows signs of enjoying life still. He is happy to see us, he sometimes will leap around a little. Prances. But he also is so rickety, he falls down a lot, including sometimes on stairs, and gets extremely unsettled at night.
