Why I provide at-home pet euthanasia

At 16, I started working at an animal rescue and quickly realized that my love of animals was truly a calling, but it wasn’t until later that year when I began as an assistant at the local veterinary practice that I knew where I needed to be. I never looked back! My goal is to make sure that every animal knows they are loved and cherished, and that is especially important in their twilight years. Every pet should have a warm lap, a sunny spot, and a comfortable setting in their final moments, surrounded by love and family, and I am so honored to be able to facilitate that in Hampton Roads.

What pet parents are saying

Dr Struble was so compassionate and understanding and explained the process. She gave us time to process and asking us before moving on to the next step. We so appreciate this service and having her come to our home so we could say our goodbyes to our sweet Lexi girl. Thank you Dr Struble and CodaPet

What a blessing that Dr. Struble came to our house for Annie's last moments on earth. She affirmed that she was suffering from dementia, along with heart issues and that her condition and anxiety would only get worse. Her calm manner, knowledge and understanding provided us comfort. Thank you Dr. Struble!

Dr Struble is a very kind and sympathetic person, it was a very emotional time for me but she was very patient and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye to Wooster . I really appreciated her understanding and kindness and I will always be thankful for her help.

The service was very kind and compassionate. Dr Erin explained everything and walked us through the process step by step. She was wonderful with Felicity and she was kind with Felicity’s brothers Luke and Moe, whom she left behind. We will use the service in the future if needed.

Dr. Erin was patient and understanding. My family felt supported during the difficult time. Dr. Erin provided comforting words and talked us through the process so we knew what was going on with our sweet fur baby.

She did a good job. Cost was high in my opinion when there were other vets on your site $100 cheaper. We just weren't able to get the appointment. We should have acted faster.
